I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

The entire process takes longer than I would like, again because I am not in the same office getting people to review and approve is like herding cats. Her follow-up is so appreciated and I want to really acknowledge that. And we have had a few issues with items not being what we were expecting or they didn't stick, whatever the case is, she has no problem working with me to get it taken care of. In a time when customer service is becoming a lost art, it is important to call attention to businesses that still try to do their best. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs items printed for banners, doors, etc.

Since we were setting it up on cement I had to order another base for an additional fee. The person at Fast Signs said my friend didn't mention she needed a different base but I feel like the communication could be more clear. However they did work with me to get the base I needed in time for my event and delivered it my office for free. Later we lost a section of the pole (not at all their fault), and I had to order a new pole segment. I had to follow up several times to get the invoice delivered. They said they could get it in time for my next event but in the end it did not arrive in time and they did not attempt to reach out to me to let me know, I had to call to find out it was delayed. However they did try to figure out the cause of the delay and retrieve it in time, though they ultimately were not able to do so. Finally when I got the pole I discovered they had ordered the wrong pole size. I think they mean well and want to do a good job and help you out but just don't seem that on top of it. I would not go with them for anything high-stakes or time-sensitive.

The technician who came out placed sugar bait inside to eliminate the colony. He told me that an exterior treatment was not necessary at that time. I accepted that recommendation, due to potential exposure for my active dog. Months later, I called to follow up because the ant problem had not been resolved. I was then told the $216.50 treatment of simply adding sugar bait for the interior also included exterior treatment during the original visit. That was surprising because I was never told an exterior treatment had been done. When I asked where it had been applied, they did not give me a clear answer regarding the exterior. I have also come to find out that we had acrobat ants (not carpenter ants) as I expected when talking to a few other pest control companies. Paying for another treatment isn't the issue. If the ants require another visit, I'm happy to pay for it. My concern is that the explanation of what was actually done has changed. Now, they're saying I have to pay another $216 for their services again. Something just isn't adding up. If there's a reasonable explanation, I'd like to hear it. Based on the conflicting information, I have little confidence in their service.
