This place is filled with all kinds of plants growing indoor, the sound of water fountain, a white dove, cool terrariums, antique stuff... I was immediately greeted by a staff and people were so down to earth. They exactly knew what kind of soils I needed for different kinds of plants and pointed out what I really needed to get from them (as opposed to the general items that I can probably find cheaper at larger stores). Still, the different soils and plant food were making it a bit expensive for me. And honestly, I was not sure what I should do with the rest of the soils and plant food. Then, they suggested that they can repot the plants only for $6! They offered to include all the soil and plant food for the different plants. And... they did such a beautiful job repotting them. But the story does not end here - they even put some nice moss and river stones on the soils for the presentation and better water retention. This is a place with great therapeutic atmosphere with knowledgable and down to earth people. I will definitely come back here to support the local stores! And... with regards to a one star review. (No, I did not send him a message.) I think people can have any opinion about the store but it is not a fair judgement to rate the store one star just because they don't want to deal with any politics inside the store. This is a fairly conservative part of the U.S. but we never know what customer's political ideology is. Thus, if one runs a business, it is better that they keep it neutral. The review should be based on the service and the product one receives from the business and not on the match (or mismatch) of political ideas.

I will not be ordering anything further from this nursery. i ordered plants from a different source and they arrived today properly packaged for shipping and very healthy. it is disappointing when a business fails to meet expectations and then blames the problem on someone else. LittleRed did not offer to replace or refund my order. Shop elsewhere!

Fig and Flower are my go to florist to call in an order! Now, it's kind of weird at first to call…read morein an order after hours, but the call line is available. At first I thought I was calling an overseas scam line- and it's possibly overseas in another country. However, it is legit. I was able to place an order- the rep was somewhat knowledgeable and looked up items online just like you did (which was the part that made me concerned), still, the rep took specific notes. The rep does take your credit card information. The next day during business hours, a Fig and Flower florist called to follow-up and make sure my order was correct and if I wanted to change anything. It truly saved me time, so I wouldn't have to wait for their business to be open. Truly, a very convenient business decision.
