They round them up for meals then keep them waiting for an hour each meal. At least one of the residents' room floods when there is heavy rain. Every request is met with, "I will get back with you" and never an answer. Billing is a mystery too as the residents are not credited with the amount they paid. The food is less than desirable and residents wander into each others' rooms unwelcome. Insects are frequently found in resident rooms.

First of all, I didn't want to give this place any stars but that is the only way it will post…read more Anyway, I went into the Fenton NovaCare Rehabilitation site for one problem, piriformis syndrome, on my left leg and then while I was at my appt, and I was completing an exercise that they instructed me to do, I developed a sharp pain along my right side, back and leg. When I told them what happened, they just shrugged and didn't seem to care and I left in excruciating pain. I went back for my next scheduled appt and told them that the sharp pain had not gone away, they worked on it, but I was still in pain. After a couple of weeks going back because they told me it would get better and the pain would subside, it never did. I still wake up in excruciating pain, if I lay or sit down for too long throughout the day, I am in pain, and this has been happening for the last 3 months. I would not go nor recommend this place, when you walk in with one issue and leave with a substantially worse problem, that seems really backwards to me, not to mention they want me to pay for the appts that they are the reason for the problem. VERY FRUSTRATING!
