I have been astonished at the type of therapies that she has implemented for my full body and mind healing. I have had so much trauma over the years she discovered upon my initial evaluation (which I didnt think had anything to do with my physical problems so I was actually offended with her depth of questions at first. I was a true skeptic) After all I was there for my body not my brain. I was in for severe pain to which MRI's showed some real reasons to have that pain so I didn't see how asking me about my trauma had anything to do with why my hips were off or why I could barely walk. Why being told I needed surgery had anything to do with my brain. But knowing I had CPTSD she choose to work with me, beginning in Somatic Emotional Realease therapy. I expected a massage as I and my Dr figured that would surely help. I also expected to work hard in exercises with it taking weeks or months to have any real results. No, I was truly amazed that after just one session my pain went from a 7 to a O-1 !! I was afraid to say that when she asked how my pain level was upon leaving that day. So again a few days later same thing and same results! The therapy, compassion, expertise ,cleanliness and professionalism from Jill and her staff is unmatched. I can now confidently say that I've found the best!! I had to jump on here to give praise to a person and place who has truley helped tranform my life and gave me real results toward healing. She has taught me how to help heal myself with a full body and mind approach. I am not one to leave reviews but I had to as I am forever grateful. And hope this helps someone else.

I so appreciate not having to look for another place for monthly massages. In addition, Amy is superb. I have not seen Shanna in a several visits, but she is likewise. I look forward to going every month! Once I had a negative experience that caused me to consider discontinuing membership; I am glad that I did not!

They have served as our family's private speech therapists for 3+ years as both my son and daughter have speech and language issues. She spent quality time evaluating and working with our grandson's current speech while we watched in a 2 way mirror. Our therapist took notes and stated how helpful this will be going forward in fixing the apraxia my grandson has. We are so grateful to have a path. Nancy is so kind and we appreciated her time and attention. Highly recommend!

We waited more than a year, and got a call from a coordinator just to be told "Don't send your kid…read morehere", "We are not miracle workers". We had to make a very dramatic entrance to the clinic because we had to put up a fight. After starting speech & OT, we were then greeted by very unhelpful insurance coordinator. Our child is not on the spectrum so he didn't have unlimited access to therapies, which ultimately led us to pay completely out of pocket. One day we've learned how the speech therapists at KCC are in "trouble" if they can't get the kids to speak. That's why they wanted our son to go elsewhere because he was a severe case of apraxia and not a good "marketing material" for not being able to sell a success story in x amount of time. We have connected with other renowned speech therapy, and left for good. The kind that do not abandon therapies. It was the best decision we made for our son. It is also pretty odd that they are in this business for more than 30 years and they only have 13 google reviews.

Whenever a child is struggling in school there are many aspects to take into account. Adhd, Sensory processing disorder, Autism, visual processing issues, Dyslexia, learning disabilities and that is just naming the common issues. They say it takes a village to raise a child and I concur. So often parents will take an initial diagnosis as fact but in reality these conditions run so parallel it is often difficult to say with certainty. Being a parent is hard but when your child struggles the ante is raised. No one knows their child like a parent does but often a school or Dr. will label a child because they don't learn the same as the average child, often psychostimulants are prescribed unnecessarily. Building bridges is an amazing place with caring therapist that will help to tease out conditions and give alternative therapies to children as well as suggest stimilants if necessary. I've seen some amazing progress from this facility and can give eyewitness testimony to the staffs dedication and hard work. I have the highest respect for this facility and highly recommend.
