I waited a few minutes as I arrived early to my appointment but I did not even have enough time to review my chart before being called into my room. The doctor was very kind and explained everything in detail to me alleviating any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend Dr. Charles Polotti to other patients in Bucks County. I had no copay and the overall experience at Capital Health Urology Specialists was amazing! Please consider them when it is time to see a Urologist. Capital Health is the best in healthcare, period.

Was contacted by their Newtown office that our appointments have been canceled due non availability of the doctor and I should contact to reschedule. I called and went through the automated system to a real person on the phone, she told me that the doctor I was seeking appointments for is booked till next year so I should call Newtown office directly if I would like to get an early appointment. It is 345 pm and I am trying to get in touch via phone for last 5 hours, no one picks the phone. Just venting, but i firmly believe that staff up their is lazy and do not want be their but their for wrong reasons. They suck.

For reasons unknown, MBO NEVER answers their phone. A recording claims "Your call is very…read moreimportant to us . . ." but that's clearly a lie. If you know the person you need to talk to, you can, with difficulty, reach their phone, and of course they won't answer either. So leave a voicemail, and I wish you the very best of luck. Generally, I don't get any response until I leave the third or fourth (increasingly irritated) voicemail. Example 1: I was in more pain than I had expected, and I called my doctor for some oxycodone, which he had offered previously. I had expected a call-back. Didn't happen. I had expected my pharmacy to fill the prescription within a day. Didn't happen, because THEY NEVER GOT THE ORDER! It took SIX DAYS and FOUR VOICEMAILS before the order was filled. Full disclosure: there was a weekend and a holiday intervening, but if MBO had reacted on the day I called, that wouldn't have been a factor. Example 2: I called to schedule surgery, asking for a particular week. (Per usual, no one answered the phone, and I had to leave a voicemail.) As it turned out, scheduling for that week wasn't available yet; it was too far in the future. Did I get a call-back, explaining the situation? Nope. All I got was ignored. So, not realizing the problem, I called again, and had to leave another voicemail. [wait . . . wait . . . wait . . . ] No call-back; I had been ignored again. Once more I called, and, uh . . . expressed my frustration. This time, I got a return call, and I had the common courtesy to answer my phone. [MBO, take note: actually answering a phone call is considered a GOOD thing.] The conversation did not go smoothly. If I had only gotten a return call after my very first voicemail, explaining that I was calling too early, all the ensuing mess would not have occurred. On the other hand, the actual medical care has been fine. The problem is entirely with the support staff, who seem to view patients as an intrusion into their very busy workday, to be ignored if possible, and barely tolerated otherwise.
