I found Chris Kelly when he and Mary first opened Fox Valley P.T. and Wellness when my husband required specialized Physical Therapy after spinal surgery and months at Marionjoy and the treatment from Chris was exceptional! For myself, I have received P.T. from Chris following 2 knee replacements.. both knees are still strong after ten years. in the interim I have returned for P.T. for shoulder , back and balance issues which have been resolved each time under Chris' personalized therapy and home exercise plan. All the personal are friendly,the facilities are immaculate and parking is convenient. Chris is knowledgeable,respectful and patient. Chris and Mary have created an exceptional environment.

Then, the day before my appointment, I received a text asking for me to confirm my appointment all the way in Tinley Park! I obviously had to reschedule at the Naperville location but couldn't get in for nearly a month later. The receptionist at the Joliet ATI was SUPER helpful though and cancelled and rescheduled everything for me from this location. This was likely a computer error and not the fault of this specific location, but I wanted to warn anyone who received the same referral sheet as I did.

I asked her to do a hormonal blood test and her attitude said that was a waste of time. She had already determined my hormone levels were normal because I'm not fat. But she did a blood test anyway because that was the main reason for the visit. She didn't want to give me any type of solution either for the acne. I had to ask her for antibiotics or something to start working on the problem. The blood test results took a couple weeks. The staff called and quickly stated the results are normal and hung up. I have no idea what they tested for. What did I pay for? When I called back to get more info on the test and maybe get a prescription, the staff didn't know what to go over or what to say nor would get the doc on the phone. Days later, when the doctor finally called back like I asked, she too had nothing to say and seemed hella irritated. Maybe I had to pay another $150 for her to talk. Adjustments alone only fix the problem in the short term. He combines adjustments with a focus on therapy to fix the underlying cause of your spine being pulled out of alignment to begin with. Using his chiropractic medical skill he determines which mussles are responsible for the misalignment or pain. Then he uses exercises targeted at those incredibly specific muscle groups to correct the problem. For me, it took a couple of months, but afterwards my back alignment was corrected not only on the short term, but the long term as well. During consult I explained I was looking to understand cost, number of visits, etc. Dr. Narendra Garg required an ultrasound of my veins..... this was completely unnecessary. I thought the consult was free... my fault - now I owe $250. Where I do take issue..is the $400 ultrasound charge for a test that was unnecessary during the consult. If I wanted to move forward and that was required before any procedures...fine. Not the case here. A clear move to pull money from insurance (and patients). NOT AN ETHICAL COMPANY

This past summer as a birthday present to myself, I decided to take action and see what could be done. After some initial research, I decided to try Veins Without Surgery at the Naperville office. After initial consultation, Dr. Garg set a treatment plan that included laser treatment, ambulatory phlebectomy, and now sclerotherapy. With each treatment phase, I was pleasantly surprised to find very little pain during the procedure. Then, just minimal to no discomfort after each procedure, with the worst part being the wearing of compression stockings. I've been very pleased with the results thus far and excited when I look at my legs and don't see big blue veins bulging out any longer. I can't wait to wear shorts this summer. My one piece of advise is to ask a lot of questions because I didn't during my consult and sometimes felt unaware of what to expect. I did, though, find a lot of answers on their website. The post procedure instructions have been very helpful. Overall, I am very happy with the care and service I've received.
