Five stars are not enough for the quality of the care which one receives as a client at Fox Valley Physical Therapy and Wellness. I found Chris Kelly when he and Mary first opened Fox Valley P.T. and Wellness when my husband required specialized Physical Therapy after spinal surgery and months at Marionjoy and the treatment from Chris was exceptional! For myself, I have received P.T. from Chris following 2 knee replacements.. both knees are still strong after ten years. in the interim I have returned for P.T. for shoulder , back and balance issues which have been resolved each time under Chris' personalized therapy and home exercise plan. All the personal are friendly,the facilities are immaculate and parking is convenient. Chris is knowledgeable,respectful and patient. I 100% recommend Fox Valley Physical Therapy. These therapists are highly trained and have delivered therapy at a much higher than normal standard. I've had PT in every state I've lived in due to a back injury. And it's been with little to no results. It's always been "do these exercises and I'll come check on you you". At FVPT, I've received hands on treatment which is something I can not do at home. They will do some exercises with you to watch for your progress and they will show you what you should do at home, but they also treat your injury hands-on. They can tell what changes are happening at every visit because they are familiar with the area. Right now I am dealing with a 50% Achilles tendon tear. I am trying my best to avoid surgery. With FVPT, I do believe I will successfully heal! During my first visit, Brad held my feet/legs,studied, and touched, and then had a long discussion with me about what my feet were doing internally and why this injury occurred. No one has ever cared enough to get to the root cause of any of my injuries before. So I was hooked and wowed by this in-depth knowledge, understanding, and skill. I've also seen Chris, Ryan, and Chloe..... all are remarkable! The therapists are very personable which is so nice when you might be spending hours every week with them, but their skills are truly amazing. read more

Excellent care. As a physical therapist myself I am very particular about my own care. I see Chris at Fox Valley PT and highly recommend him and his company. Very thoughtful and comprehensive. Each physical therapist treats each patient for a full 45 minutes, one on one, which is hard to find these days. They also accept almost all insurance companies and treat all ages. read more

I absolutely love the care I receive here! It's so personalized and your therapist really CARES about you and helping you get better. I worked with Chris Kelly at his previous employer 5 years ago after back surgery and he was a fantastic therapist. When I herniated a disc recently, I was thrilled to find out that Chris and his wife have opened their own practice, and took the best therapists with them. I am now working with Mike who is also fantastic. Everyone that works here seems happy to be here. They have gone above and beyond to get me in as soon as possible, working around my downtown work schedule. So far we have been able to relieve my pain and are now working on strengthening exercises to avoid surgery. I very strongly recommend Fox Valley Therapy and Wellness. They really do care about their clients and they know their stuff! Fox Valley Physical Therapy has definitely improved my quality of life by improving my physical well- being. I've been attending physical therapy sessions there for many years, and Chris, Mary and staff are extremely well trained and capable of providing excellent results. Chris Kelly and staff are simply THE BEST. I've used their services multiple times as a marathon runner. Most recently, my husband and I ran the Chicago Marathon on Oct 13, 2019. Late in our training, I began struggling with plantar fasciitis and my husband was having pain in his knee that kept him from running. Long story short- we BOTH crossed that finish line due in large part to the care we received at Fox Valley Physical Therapy!! High highly recommend! read more

I am so impressed with them as a mom they really put the care of the child first. My 10 year old was having pain in her knees they allowed me to make payments and their main focus was help my daughter not feel the pain. They let me record the exercise so we could do them the proper way at home, they explained everything very simply without making you feel like an idiot. Love them read more

This place is FABULOUS! I cannot send enough accolades their way. The environment is very professional, the equipment contemporary, and the staff extraordinary. Unlike other PT places, they have created an intimate PT room that is inviting without being crowded or cold. All the staff work as a great team. From the moment you walk in, anyone at the front desk knows you by name. My therapist Jennifer is a true gem, very qualified at what she does with a super personality. Overall this entire establishment is top shelf. My dr. originally referred me to ATI but I refused to go there and I am very happy that I was persistent to find an alternative to ATI. I have had physical therapy a number of times in my life all at different facilities. This is by far the best place I have ever gone to! Fox Valley Physical Therapy and Wellness is owned and operated by a husband and wife team of therapists that are phenomenal! You receive a one-on-one 45 minute session with your therapist. Your session includes massage therapy, stretching along with exercises for your individual needs making sure that you are executing them correctly. There is no guessing if you are doing your exercises right, unlike some of the other facilities that I have been to. After you have finished your session with your main therapist you are turned over to another one who then stays with you while you complete your exercises. With the great staff at FVPT&W, I was able to regain complete movement back after a painful frozen shoulder. I absolutely would recommend FVPT&W to anyone looking for the best place to get physical therapy! read more

Absolutely amazing. Will not go anywhere else. They have seen one of my daughters, and currently see me, another daughter, and soon my husband will start. Their physical therapists have some certifications that only a few hundred PTs have in the entire nation. I know they have pediatric specialists, and see people with TMJ! Yet they give you that personal attention. It doesn't feel like some of the large facilities that lack that personal touch. It seems as if they take many insurances also, as I have seen them with 3 different carriers. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I recommend them to everyone I know. read more

I have been a client at Fox Valley Physical Therapy for treatment for three unrelated issues. The first time I went I did so because Chris had treated my husband following a surgery. The next two times I went, I did so because of the positive experience I had during my initial treatment. Each time I went, Chris took the time to do a thorough evaluation and answer my questions. The atmosphere at FVPT is professional and yet personal. The staff is attentive and focused, in a relaxed and comfortable way. I am asked about my progress since my last visit and any concerns I may have. The treatment here is very individually focused and the treatment area is bright and welcoming. I often see Mary Kelly or another therapist working with young children, and I am impressed with their ability to connect with them. It is good to know that wherever my doctor is, I am the one who chooses where I do physical therapy. I am so glad that I have chosen Fox Valley Physical Therapy. Chris Kelly, his wife Mary, and the rest of the staff at Fox Valley Physical Therapy and Wellness are fantastic! Chris has been especially helpful and is a very skilled and highly certified therapist who has helped me recover from nasty shoulder surgery. I have had a few other injuries over the years and have gone to different therapists; while all were good Chris is the best. He's expert, friendly, caring, and supportive while coaxing you to want to do your best with your own contribution towards your recovery. Chris offers early hours - perfect for my work schedule. After Chris treats me most often his assistant Rebecca coaches me through my exercise program for the day. All in all I feel FVPT's approach is professional, holistic, and very caring.
