This review is based on my first impression, as I've only been there once, but overall it was a great experience. The check-in process was very easy, and the ladies behind the desk were very accommodating. They even looked into my insurance to see if I'd be better off paying out of pocket in an effort to save me some money. I was a bit anxious about the adjustment to be perfectly honest - the idea of having someone crack your neck seems a bit daunting but the doctor was great and explained everything as he went along. To keep it simple, I felt great when I left. The pain in my back was greatly alleviated from this adjustment alone. I realize I'll need to make regular visits to keep things under control, but from my first experience here I am sure to do just that. read more

I have had a bad back since I fell off a roof over 20 years ago. 19 years ago I found Dr Carson through the Chamber of Commerce. He has helped me stay mobile and upright. He finds your needs and meets them with care. He also offers other services such as esthetician, and massage therapy. His staff has always done a great job at billing and scheduling me in when I can get in. A million thanks!! read more

Dr Mike was exceptional as usual. The lady's up front were great and very thorough. My care successfully fulfilled my expectations and I'm definitely satisfied with the services. The receptionists are the best. Dr Mike who works there is so incredibly helpful and thorough. Meanwhile the owner, Dr Carson himself, is awful. He didn't take the time to adjust me. Stretched me on the table for 1 minute and told me to go. It didn't help at all. I had to ask him to show me some stretches to help me and he showed me 1 with an attitude as if I'm bothering him. Dr. Mike actually cares and takes extra time to help you. I'm still just stunned at how I was treated my Dr. Carson yesterday. The front office staff was very warm and welcoming. They got me back into the room quickly, seeing that I was in so much pain. Unfortunately the Dr. I saw took very limited time to help me. I was told to go to urgent care instead. While I appreciate the advice, I would hope he would have asked me more questions about the injury rather than rush me out the door within 5 minutes. I was referred here by another patient but did not honestly see quality of service. I'm sure it's a great place, my experience was just not the best. read more

Dr. Carson got me up and moving again a few years ago after a herniated disc issue flared up. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and I highly recommend his practice to anybody needing a chiropractor. I recently had another flare up and called the office. From the time I called I was on the table getting adjusted by Dr. Carson within a half hour and most of that time was me attempting to get into the car. In three quick visits I was back to normal. Dr. Carson & Dr. Hosten are great. Professional, experienced & skilled. His front desk/admin are so nice and easy to work with. I have been coming to CC since around 2012. I love getting adjustments here. It keeps me feeling good and active. When ever I have had an injury, they knew how to take care if it. When I have an ache or pain, I tell them and they know just what to do. I'm a runner and sometimes need some extra support. They are both skilled in the art of using kinesiology tape. I've been going to Carson Chiropractic for years. Today reminded me why I"m loyal. Out of the blue I woke up with terrible pain in my neck. I called the office a little before opening time at 8am. Dr. Carson answered and booked me for 8:30am. After the stim machine, aqua water bed and fantastic adjustment I felt soo much better! Then I went back for a massage in the afternoon. I feel GREAT! No need for heavy drugs. I can't say enough about the excellent care I've received. I've sent my mother and she is a FAN now too! If you want to feel great- give them a try!
