My nails came out looking choppy and waited forever just to get them done and they had my cousins mom move table to table JUST SO HER NAILS COULD BE FINISHED. This is by far the most unprofessional nail spa I've ever been to. My sister and I were walk-ins and we were told they could take us in no problem. They started my sister's pedi. I had to dip my hands in a bowl full of acetone because the lady was too lazy to use acetone soaked cotton and foil on each nail even though she took out her supplies and the customer behind me had hers done correctly. Her station was absolutely filthy. I asked for a clean towel/napkin to put under my hands and she said no. So I grabbed one myself and laid it out. I sat there for 25 mins unattended. Then they move me to a spa chair and tell me that the 2 ladies that just walked in had appointments and needed to be attended first. Which they did. I was shocked and told them they had terrible customer service because he could've told me about this before taking us in. There was about 4-5 other walk-ins there for nail repair and waxing that were also taken care of before they even started on me. By the time they started on me we were over an hour in waiting and they guy sped through my pedi and cut my toe nails sooo short that it hurt. He was huffing and puffing as he did it. I will never return to this horrible, filthy and unsanitary place. PS. They don't even disinfect the spa chairs before the next customer. I recorded it and will be reporting them to the health department. I saw this after already having my pedi started. I doubt they even disinfect their tools and they cut my toe with the cuticle remover. read more

Great place to get nails done. I got a gel manicure and pedicure by Nicki. (Only 3 people work at this the salon). She was great. Talked with me about the difference between the dip nail polish (which is popular now) and the gel. The staff is very efficient when having multiple people needing service. They also do waxing which is done quickly. read more

Terrible Experience. I had dm their instagram account letting them know i was searching for a new permanent salon to get my nails done, and told them what i wanted to get done. from hearing this, you'd think they'd go above and beyond to gain a new regular client... wrong. they proceeded to tell me to come in whenever and they could take me. so I went to the salon, without an appointment, thinking that they would be able to take me in a short amount of time. but I ended up waiting for almost an hour to get in for my full set. I asked for the Hailey Bieber style nails, and she said that she could do it over Instagram. When I expressed to her that I wanted the base color to be pink, she pulled out a tan powder and said it would look, just like it, it did not. You couldn't even notice the chrome powder on my nail when she finished. Then I sat down for my pedicure, already nervous of what to expect. The polish job was done terribly, and the color wasn't what I picked. The next day, I must've failed to realize that I had been cut on my big toe during my pedicure. experiencing pain on my foot, I assumed it was an ingrown toenail. When I went to try to fix the toenail, the skin on my toe was all swollen, and pus came out to the touch. I had gotten a infection from being cut and bacteria from their tools. I've been going to Ivy's since it was purchased by the new owners! I love this salon. They are always super friendly and try their best to develop conversations. They always make time for anyone who just drops in and wants a wax. I will continue to go Ivy's and I highly recommend it! read more

I can't even begin to explain my horror story w this place! DO NOT go here. I had to give one star but they don't even deserve that! After waiting almost two hours to get taken, The guy was so rough on my nails. Cut almost all of my fingers past the cuticle (small but still hurts) and then actually sliced five of my fingers along the sides. Then I asked for regular polish which I got, but then accidentally put a gel clear coat on top. I am no professional and even I knew that was wrong and wouldn't work. Once he realized he messed up instead of being a PROFESSIONAL and fixing it, he put my hand under the uv light and when I tell you it felt like a hot stove getting burned I am not exaggerating! I yanked my hand out and then started panicking because it was burning SO bad! Then when I took my hand out I smudged a bit of polish and he had the nerve to huff and puff at me yelling to not mess them up! Then he took all the gel and regular polish off only one hand and re painted them DOING THE EXACT SAME THING w the gel polish on top! I told him it doesn't work because the reg polish under does not dry! He dismissed me. Then when I put it under uv second time it just melted all my top coat off and it started running down my hands. So I told him to put reg polish on it I'm not happy at all. So he started his rough scraping taking polish off and one more slice for the road! Made me BLEED 5 TIMES that is NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! So I got up and told him you do not make someone bleed 5x in one nail apt that's redic and left! Do nottttttt go here! He's redic. This nail salon is absolutely TRASH! read more

Went there yesterday to redeem a gift certificate that was given to me and also expired that same day. The person at the front desk was on a personal phone call that he would not end to speak to me. Told me he had a customer on her way and could not help me. I asked if he would honor my gift certificate tomorrow and I could make an appointment. He said that the gift certificate was no good and accused me of altering the date! Will never ever return to this place. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. read more
