TERRIBLE. Do not come here. If I could put negative stars I WOULD. I got my nails done here a while ago. I showed a picture of what I wanted. They kept switching nail techs and took forever in between. When they finally started adding acrylic and design the one lady literally freestyled half my nails and said "this way looks better" and looked completely different than the picture I showed. The acrylic was kinda clumpy and one of my nails broke off the day I got them done. Those were supposed to be my birthday nails and lowkey ruined my birthday with them ugly ass nails. read more

I should have done my research but I just wanted to put them on blast so that no one EVER makes the same mistake I did. I was having trouble finding lash tech availability to get my lashes done before my baby shower on Sunday.. I was told that nail salons now did them. So I went. Within not even a week, I not only had an eye infection, not only did their lashes fall off, many of MY NATURAL ones did too.. Leaving me days before my shower an emotional ugly mess. I went to show them all the lashes that they used that fell off. They had over AN INCH of BLACK THICK GLUE attached almost looked like HAIR GLUE along with my natural eyelashes stuck to them.... I asked to see their license, they refused. They refused to refund me. And laughed at me. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO NAIL CITY FOR NOT ONLY THIS "service" but for anything!!!! I got a gel mani and pedi everyone was really really nice and the guy that did my nails definitely was good at massaging but the rest was not what I've experienced when going to other places for my nails I had medium length nails and he cut them as short as they would go all the way down, I was left with barely any nails and the nail Polish doesn't go all the way to the edges For what's left of them Definitely looks like I have stubby man nails I feel as if I wasted my money I don't think I'll be back but they were nice and maybe he's just starting out I did let them know I wasn't very happy with it and they apologized but it still wasn't worth my $75 and two hours of my time Disappointed She tried to sit me down saying she would fix them but I'm Not sure how u can make them grow back longer they are extremely short and were suppose to be for Christmas read more

I was in town visiting a friend, and she sees Amy at this salon. The gentleman who did my acrylic fill and gel polish was very fast, but my nails are beautiful. I get my nails done twice a month at home, and the work done by the tech here is just as good, if not better. He wasn't chatty or friendly, but I was definitely impressed by the quality of the work. I would recommend this salon and I will come here when I visit again. read more

Was there this evening and it was the most horrible experience I ever had there. All I wanted was a fill with white tips. Almost 2 hours later I left, white nail polish on my fingers and the ends of my nails are rough and thick as heck. This had to be a new girl. She had to keep taking the polish off and redoing them because she kept messing them up. On top of that she charged me 40.00!! For a fill! I'll go back to LA nails, 15 dollars cheaper and much better quality! I am so mad! read more

I'm a 32-year-old man and went here hoping for a manicure and was shocked when I heard they would not help me simply because I am a man and not a woman. The staff was also very rude and disrespectful to not only the clients but also among themselves. There is no work ethic in this establishment whatsoever. I came to get my nails done for the first time since the pandemic started. The man doing my nails had his mask pulled all the way down the entire time which made me feel extremely uncomfortable (even though I was wearing a mask and had plexiglass between us). There were clearly no social distancing procedures in the store, so I was sitting right next to the other customers, too. At one point he came around the plexiglass and gave me a hand/arm massage (with no mask on or Covid protection whatsoever)! As someone who has been taking this pandemic seriously, I am very disappointed and freaked out. I used to love this place. This past experience was one I will never forget. My nails look like a 5 year old painted them! The woman PICKED my existing nail polish off my nails with HER FINGERNAILS. Then switched to an elder man who trimmed my cuticles while they were DRY.. not to mention how sore my entire fingers were because they scraped my skin every time they buffed and filed my nail. I should never have paid for this manicure. Worst experience of my life! I left CRYING!! I also had to refill my nails on my right hand as they were so jagged and he took off an entire chunk of my nail. I just can't believe this experience. Did you ever need a mani/pedi so badly that you were embarrassed? Well. Today I finally had the hour I needed and thought I'd try Nail City. Bad..the worse..awful..are just a few of the words I'd use to describe what's my nails look like now after I had them done. In fact, my nails looked better before I went into this joint.. I had the old guy, and let me say I love old people but because he only spoke his native tongue I must refer to him as he old guy. It started out with the soak, no problem, after that all down hill...I couldn't tell him to cut my toe nails, he wouldn't listen, my callouses on my feet remained the same and then there was a switch, the older lady who was sweet jumped into the captains chair and thought now we're getting somewhere..but no..although she scrubbed my callouses a little better her paint job was very sad..the polish didn't even go all the way to the bottom of my nail...a unique style ‍and if I wasn't stupid enough, I had my nails done..yes.. by the old man..now I don't require much..just clean them up...a little oil on the cuticle and a nice massage...no clean...no oil..no massage..i actually had to ask for lotion..I was very tired today after taking care of my sick dad all week, all I wanted was a good mani/pedi..and what i got was RIPPED OFF. did I pay..of course..did I bitch or yell.no..not my way..but I do love to write..and this is my way of telling anyone that reads these reviews..PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE..IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY..TIME AND YOUR NAILS WILL LOOK LIKE YOU CLOSED YOUR HANDS AND YOUR FEET IN A 4x4 pick up truck doors.. read more

I took my mom here to get pedicures for Mother's Day today and enjoyed it very much! It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I just got a basic pedicure, but the nail technician was very attentive and the chairs were so comfortable. My mother got pedicure with polish and it turned out great! Overall I would definitely recommend this place and go back!! read more

Worst place ever! Dirty and rude! And don't even try to get them fixed.... I was told my nails were uneven almost at a 45 degree angle because my fingers were bent! Wow. Had them taken off and refunded they were that bad! Don't waste your money or time! read more

Most of the employees here are pleasant, but my nail artist was very cold. She also did a horrendous job. All of my tips were crooked, the acrylic was not smooth, and she didn't paint my whole nail. She didn't even have the decency to smile or say thank you when I tipped her! I've gone to this salon before and had a great experience, but I will never return because of this woman. read more
