So it was a waste of my time to drive there and not get the service done. It's was too short notice for me to get an appointment elsewhere before the reunion. This is not the proper way to treat clients. I will not be going back after this experience.

I started out with the basic tanning package & got tan very quickly. But I don't burn so the bed was good for starting out. Then I went to platinum package & my face & legs are even with each other. I do walk ins a lot. But when I do... Any bed I wanna use is usually available. It's a more laid back atmosphere & I feel more comfortable getting my hair done here than somewhere else. I've been over charged at other places. But the prices here are perfect & reasonable. And they have so many more services here that I definitely plan on using like the hair extensions & eyelashes. Monday rolled around and they called me AFTER my appointment to tell me I missed my appointment. If they would have called me 5 mins into my appointment, I still would have been able to show, but that was not the case and she had an appointment after that. Nicole was not understanding at all and was so quick to defend herself. I don't know why you wouldn't call on a Monday to confirm as well, my bad I did forget but don't call me AFTER my appointment, call me 5 mins into my appointment and ask me where I am. Then she forgot to tell me about the $50 no show fee, so she called me BACK AGAIN, I'm paying more for not showing up than I am for the actual service. Amazing. Honestly the worst customer service ever. They can call me to tell me about missing my appointment and to collect their money. If the service was better they would definitely have more clients. Frankly Nicole is just not a great receptionist and can't communicate properly to clients. Don't recommend!

I came in town from California. I'm SO upset that she can't be my usual eyelash tech because she was absolutely unbelievable! Im beyond thrilled with the results. I was told my hair could look exactly like I wanted. Almost $500, two seperate visits and 14 hours…read moreit looks nothing at all like I wanted. Even though I was guaranteed a result and they did not deliver anything close to it they refuse a refund of any kind, only offer credit to their salon. I requested a bright purple ombre/lived in type color. No color on my roots. I have very long hair that is a darker brown. I showed my stylist Lexie many photos of what I was looking for and she was very confident that she could do this to my hair saying to me "believe me when I say I can do this". I made the appointment. After the first appointment my hair was very dark, and had the slightest tint of very dark purple. I was told tomorrow when it is daylight it should be brighter. Tomorrow came and my hair was very dark almost black. I spoke with my stylist who said that she misunderstood what I was looking for, I then showed her a photo of hair she had personally done and trying to be more clear of what I wanted showed her that next to the color I wanted. She responded by telling me I now had the perfect starting point and if I came in a second time that she could definitely get my hair to where I wanted and I would just have to pay for product used. I trusted her and made a second appointment. After my second appointment my hair is even darker, you can see zero purple from the back, there is some color underneath like a peek-a-boo, with a bright "money piece" in the front of my head all the way up to my roots which i never asked for at all. I spent a total of $480 and my hair looks NOTHING like I wanted. I called to speak with the manager who told me "well your hair can not be that color" Which if this is the case I should have been made aware of that prior to spending $480 not after, i wasn't even told it was a possibility to not be that color my stylist guaranteed she could do it twice!. I then spoke with the owner on a friday and she said she would take the weekend and call me back Monday and we could try to find a solution and maybe meet in the middle somewhere as I told her I wasnt comfortable coming in a third time and wanted some kind of a refund so I could try to get my hair the color that I actually want it to be. Monday came and went and I heard nothing and then tuesday as well. I emailed the salon on Wednesday and ended up calling on Thursday. The owner told me that she will not refund me she will give me credit to her salon of $150 and that my hair looks beautiful and that how it turned out is subjective. (it is not subjective it looks nothing at all like the images I showed my stylist) Accused me of having previous dye on my hair when there was none and told me she would talk to her stylist about how she promised me my hair would be what I wanted. No way of actually trying to "meet me in the middle" as she had said . I feel I was completely robbed by this salon, if I had been told at the beginning there was a possibility they couldn't get my hair this color I wouldn't have gone in the first place.
