My fiancée booked a massage for us to celebrate my birthday, plus with our wedding coming up, we needed the release from planning. This was a MUCH NEEDED massage. WTC is located in an office space, so there's a good bit of parking. When you walk into the office, it's dimly lit to put you at ease from jump street. After signing in, you're provided with wine, water, and cookies. We arrived close to closing time, so we were the only couple there. After being called back and while finishing our drinks, we were told to get undressed to our comfort level, crack the door open when we're ready, and lie face down on the massage table. It's been over a year since I've had a massage professionally, but I don't forget how it feels. This might've been the best massage I've had. After introducing themselves, the masseuses began to do their magic. My masseuse, whom I believe name was Kiki, was perfect. She noticed immediately that my shoulders were tense and tight, so she spent most of her time there. I never wanted her to stop. My body made all types of popping sounds and they all gave relief. Nothing was missed. Head to toe massage. I loved the warm, wet towels used during the massage. This was put on my back and the feeling was amazing. I was eventually told to turn over and she began to rub some "Icy Hot" like massage oil on my shoulders and neck. Outside of my sinuses being cleared up, this gave a warm yet cooling touch to the massage. I continued to feel the massage even after it was over. I was looking for a place for a great massage because my body was so accustomed to having one. My first stop was the Yelp reviews this business not only had good reviews here but it was listed on the AETNA's Choosing Healthy Program it felt like a win-win. I enjoyed the massage that I received by Ellen (I believe that was her name) but disappointed that this business was not aware that they were listed on the Aetna's Choosing Healthy Program. As a part of the Aetna program rate services are discounted but as fate would have it they had a special and I received the special rate for the month. I will visit this place again to take advantage of some of their other services but will look for a business on the Choosing Healthy Program list were I can obtain massages on a more frequent basis. The building is a little difficult to find but once you find the building it's easy to locate the venue. The atmosphere was very relaxing upon entering. It did not take long for us to be placed in our message therapy room. We were offered wine and chocolate cookies as a part of our Groupon special. The room had relaxing music playing and white noise and smelled heavily of peppermint. My massage therapist name was Tonya. She began the massage with light conversation, I guess to relax us. I know that I was really tense and she definitely focused on those problem areas. She was heavy handed in some areas and I felt that the next day but I appreciated the depth of the massage. I even got a scalp massage which I had never had before but it felt great! They offer lots of services and I would love to try their other ones. This place is located in an office park next to a shopping center, so needless to say, I drove around a bit before finding it. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked into the office building, but the zen was apparent when I walked into their suite. There was low lighting, relaxing music and candles going. I purchased a Travelzoo voucher for $99 which included a 50 min massage, 50 minute facial, and dry brushing treatment. Great deal, right? It's still out there and good through May. I moved to Atlanta from a place that has, what I'd like to call "real spas" - a place where you can lounge in a robe/slippers and wait for your treatment with drinks and snacks, locker rooms, sauna, etc. I've only found a few in metro ATL Athat take residency in a hotel, but no stand alone. (Je Ju doesn't count) So naturally, I'm having a hard time adjusting to the whole everything happens in one room kind of places. However, I would make an exception for this place. I give the facility 2.5 stars and the service a 4.5. I was put off by the bathroom being in a hallway not affiliated with the suite, shared by everyone else in the office. Go BEFORE your service begins or that trek will be AWKWARD. I went before my service, luckily. There was no liquid soap, only a dusty bar that was clearly at the end of its rope. There was also a sign asking people to flush the toilet several times as it may not work the first time. I'm a sucker for a clean bathroom, so I wasn't feeling this at all. On a brighter note, the massage was easily among my top 3 ever. My whole body feels brand new. Between that and the other treatments, I'll be back. I just won't be using the bathroom. read more

Update: I appreciate the owner's response, and I was able to book a massage online. Both massages therapist are greats and we walked out feeling great. However, the booking process was a bit confusing as the only option online is 50min couples' massage with wine and chocolate, while my Groupon says 60min couples' massage with wine and chocolate. I was able to confirm with the front desk that the session was indeed 60min. We weren't offered wine nor chocolate before or after our session, which we didn't mind too much. I don't know why the receptionist told me there are no availability at all when I first called and asked for the earliest weekend availabilities. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! I'm so pissed right now. We rushed out here for our appointment, a surprise spa day for my husband. No one is answering the door, our calls or voicemails. They called me to confirm my appointment yesterday but no one bothered to call me this morning. This place is really far from us, what a waste! Update: They called us 30 minutes after the start time of the appointment apologizing saying they had a late start. Asked if we could come back. We we're close so we did. Did the paper work and I hear women in the back laughing and talking very loud. She takes the paperwork back to those women and I hear them say " Is this the 10am? Do they know it will have to end at 11:30?" I come to the hallway to ask what's the problem. They give me blank stares and walk away leaving the front desk girl to tell me they won't have time for the full appointment because she was late. They need to reschedule half of the services. I tell them I'm leaving Atlanta in days and I get so frustrated I just say it's okay we're going to just leave. If those women in the back have been there the whole time, the doors should've been open or they should've answered our knocks or phonecalls. I saw Tonya here for a massage after discovering that my insurance listed her as preferred massage therapist. I have to say that after her massage, I felt more relief than I ever have from massage therapy. She had great technique and was extremely strong to work out the tension in my body. She was also very knowledgeable and gave me an assessment of my tension areas after the massage, making recommendations for future treatment. She did not try to push products or packages but just seemed genuinely interested in providing good care. I'll definitely be seeing her again. read more

I went here for a massage on a LivingSocial voucher, which was labeled "60-minute Swedish massage with wine and chocolates." The massage was great (I had Grace) and I thought I lucked out on the deal. The only drawback was the promise of wine and chocolates. When I first saw this deal, I was imagining a small box of quality chocolates and a full glass of wine. I was given a small glass (like a regular glass) that was not even half filled with white wine. The saddest part was the chocolate in which the receptionist pulled out a fun-size Hershey bar out of the desk drawer and was given to me. I understand the need to attract business, but I feel that they could have left out the wine and chocolates part if they were not going to do a good job in presenting those items to the customer. I think it would be more of a treat if I were presented with the mini Hershey bar and wine without being stated on the deal. For instance, last year I went to a blow out bar and was asked if I wanted a tall glass of red or white wine as soon as I entered the salon. This was a nice surprise, as I was not expecting it. I booked a couples massage for my wife's birthday and even took a day off from work. I checked with the owner 3 times (not once, not twice .... three times) to make sure she could accommodate us. There was an email and SMS confirmation requests from them to make sure we were still on for the appointment. Just 2 hours prior to our appointment, I get a call and an email about the cancellation. They impose a 25$ fine for anyone who cancels less than a day prior to the appointment. Absolutely terrible experience here. My fiancé and I bought a Groupon for a 60 minute couples massage with chocolate and wine. When we got there, the receptionist was talking on her cell phone and made us wait until she ended her call. Then we had to wait 15 more minutes for the other therapist to come in. All the while, we weren't offered any refreshments or sent to a relaxation room to wait until our appointment. Once the therapist got there, we were taken back to a room and the male therapist uncomfortably spoke to us about what we were there for, even though we had filled out a form. He made us feel uneasy and not reassured to trust them touching our bodies!!! He excused himself from the room so we could change, but we decided to not even get our massage because of how uncomfortable and how unprofessional the staff and company was. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! SOOOO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They don't answer the phones or return calls. The owner Tonya was rude when I tried to explain my issue with my cavitation services. It was clear the attendant which turned out to be her daughter had no knowledge of what she was doing. I received burns and bruises in the area of service. I asked for the manger the day of my service who happened to be some lady name Crystal with a horrible body ordor, she was also rude and refused to give me a refund and told me that I had to speak with the owner. After getting the run around and calling from another number I was granted the opportunity to speak with the owner who was also extremely rude. It was not worth the groupon. When I made the appointment I requested an attendant whom I had seen in the summer.
