I provided all my materials in a timely manner but she filed my taxes months late and only with my prodding. I was then penalized with late fees, which she did not cover. Instead she invoiced me for almost 4 times the original amount she quoted, which I had to push to get reduced. On top on that I just received a letter stating the filling was wrong and that I now owe additional money. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an accountant. I can't speak for the other services she offers but taxes are not her forte.

Wesley at Essex Mobile Notary Services was extremely helpful and informative, telling us exactly what he needed from us and provided us with an estimate over the phone. During the process of the notarization we added on a service and he was extremely flexible and accommodated us in all of our requests. He provided us with scanned copies of the original documents and sent the originals to us via UPS with a label we provided to him. A link was sent for payment by credit card after the documents were already notarized and the copies in our possession. This was an urgent matter and the documents were needed for a court hearing on Tuesday. Wesley made sure we had everything we needed, and he even called us from the home of the party in NJ to go over the documents with us to make sure no signatures were missed. If I could give Essex Mobile Notary Services 20 stars I would do it without hesitation. They are quick, communicative, and made what could have been a stressful situation leading to a court hearing disaster so simple it was stress-free. Highly recommend!!!
