Honestly maybe they should save some money and drop their phone service if they're never going to use it. During the process of the notarization we added on a service and he was extremely flexible and accommodated us in all of our requests. He provided us with scanned copies of the original documents and sent the originals to us via UPS with a label we provided to him. A link was sent for payment by credit card after the documents were already notarized and the copies in our possession. This was an urgent matter and the documents were needed for a court hearing on Tuesday.
