Kandy stated I had to pay for a credit monitoring service app, which I did for the first couple of months. Going into the app to check for updates and the app NEVER showed me any updated or letters sent out. Kandy insisted that she did send out the first round of letters and because of this I couldn't get my refund. Kandy NEVER ever showed me proof that she sent letters, I NEVER got notifications from the bureaus that they received documents on my behalf from any agency disputing account or ANYTHING. I told Kandy because I wasn't seeing any updates nor was a trade line put on I stopped paying the app. Kandy said because of this she couldn't keep servicing me and kept ALL my money! It was around Christmas and I couldn't get my babies what they wanted because I thought I was doing something that would be beneficial and helpful for our future in the long run! I have been back and forth with Kandy for over a year! I reached out to her the middle of last year, she said "I'll talk with my team and let you know. She stated she was traveling and would get back to me. Instead I got blocked off all social media. She is also a BLACK WOMAN, and for her to do this to another black woman is not right! She didn't keep up her end of the terms and wants to send me snips of the contract. Her app is phony, never showed ANYTHING! Credit Karma was more efficient than her! I have been fighting for my $600 back! I will not rest until I have my money back in my palms. This is unfair and I don't recommend her services to ANYONE!
