I was referred to this company from a family member. Unfortunately my experience was much different than theirs. I will say that the program works if you follow their guidelines. HOWEVER, I am giving them 1 star because of their EXTREME lack of communication. I've waited for a call back for a week and never heard from anybody. I've consistently had to follow up with them because they sent me some generic "auto" response email. I've also received emails that do not have to do with anything that I called for. I came in the office and they had everything ready. Representative proved to me that they worked hard on my file and had a print out showing me details on how several items were removed off of my credit report and an increase of over 156 points. What's really funny is,it doesn't seem to be what is on your credit report they charge a flat rate of 1500..
