This is a cool little store. I use it for small things: tampons, chips, beer, soda, canned Sparks, bread and ice cream. Gotta have those things at the Lake of the Ozarks, right? Oh, and I also fill my car up here, as well. Price doesn't matter that much. Typical convenient store mark up on the prices. I prefer this little store to the yucky grocery store on 5 highway, and 7 highway.
It is a tiny establishment that needs painting. It's handy where is it located, right on J road and 7 high way. It's gravel drive way much imitates the gravel lake road it faces.
The people who work there, have always worked there.You can buy bait, and also petroleum. I think they also have a diesel gas tank. I could go on and on. Someone makes crafts, and sells them there, in the window. They have fresh popcorn...who cares about all of that! By the time you've driven 2 1/2 hours to get to the Lake of the Ozarks, J-7 Market conveniently sells Sparks. I think they are $3.25 a can, by the way, and they are my alcohol based drink of choice. read more
