He helped me find a few specific pieces to make everything work and even made a couple of suggestions once he saw what I was putting together. He went straight to all the parts needed, and together we assembled exactly what I was looking for. he probably saved me 20-30 minutes of shopping time. now THAT is customer service!

Here is my main reason I am writing this review. MISSING rebates! Is anyone else having this…read moreproblem? When I send 5 rebates in 1 envelope and get my Rebate back in the mail and only 2 out of the 5 receipts show up, I would say there is a big problem with the way Menards is processing these Rebates. Here is another example, Today i literally received my rebate card for $1.71, problem is, I sent 3 other rebate receipts along with this one of quite a bit higher value and they did not show up. These were all sent in ONE ENVELOPE. Sure they have pretty good prices but you also draw us in with that 11% offer and I am beginning to wonder what exactly is really going on here. This is a great way to lose our business Menards but then again do you really care.

They have many flavors of wood...hickory, mesquite, pecan, apple, etc. They have a variety of grills and smokers and just about every accessory you can think of. 5 Stars Get the odd do-hickey. If you need the weird or odd thing, Westlakes is the place that will probably have it. They have been extremely helpful when I have had to manufacture some parts for old equipment. 5 Stars Westlakes gets 5 stars for being best in category IMO.

When it was time to return the items Lowes only wanted to give store credit and not issue the credit to my card. Kyle / in the Lowe's executive liaison department was BEYOND nasty and could not have given two cents toward customer service! I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Missouri Attorney's General Office. But wait.....THIS IS THE BEST PART! Because of this absolute nasty customer service experience - this executive liaison / Kyle / just caused me to cancel my $25,000 window replacement contract - that I was getting ready to sign this week - with the Osage Beach, Missouri Lowes! I wouldn't give Lowes my money - my hard earned money - on a project this big after the treatment that I received from an issue that totally went "south"! Way to go Lowes!
