But he refused to listen, claimed he told us to wait until Monday (which is not in our call recordings or my notes), and canceled the service. Very unprofessional conduct. As always my insurance company nickel and dimed the situation to do the bare minimum of repairs. The Restoration Guys know what they are doing, they got me a full roof replacement . My deck was started in early April and not completed until mid May. The current deck foundation was still viable, so that should have made the job easier and quicker to complete. While there were days when weather affected work, there were countless beautiful days when work could have been done where is wasn't. When he did show up, it was usually in the late morning or afternoon. Again, productive hours just wasted delaying the completion. There was no sense of urgency to get the job done. When I spoke to him about it, he just told me he was not an "8 to 5 guy." The work done was adequate at best. I have flaws in the deck and gates that don't hang right that he is supposed to correct. I've contacted him several times and am always told he'll get to it "next week". It is now mid-August. I just corrected some of the flaws myself. Tired of waiting. Would not recommend.
