We are now selling our house and moving once again, we will not use Britts after out last experience. Britts installed hardwood throughout the main floor, approx. 11K 7 years ago, they caused a lot of damage to walls and even the front of our stainless-steel fridge when they tilted it to move it. Getting a response from anyone was a challenge, they kept referring me back to the Britt family member who handled our remodel, we never got it resolved. The new KitchenAid cooktop they delivered had a very clouded appearance to it. This time they just casually told us to contact KitchenAid, not them to have a new one ordered and then call them to reinstall. Really? No responsibility on their part to make the calls, order a new one, make arrangements to get it resolved? We had no shouting matches or arguments with them just have quietly taken our business elsewhere and will again as we remodel our new home and prepare this one for sale. I know our business is probably a drop in the bucket for Britt's - they very much made us feel that way - although we saved for quite a while to do all of our remodels, but supporting small, local businesses has to work both ways. They also have to care about the big and small customers (in total we have spent about 75K with them) and appreciate the loyalty that repeat business represents. That was strike 1. I took a sample of the hard wood to her and she told me she couldn't get it. That was strike 2 - because another salesperson at the store looked at it and told me he could get it and asked if I could leave the sample. I did leave it, Maria quoted the price for me as hard wood and I paid for it. When the flooring arrived, it was wasn't hard wood and Maria had insisted that was what I had paid for -strike 3. Even the installers looked at each other and knew I had been taken advantage of. I will never recommend or deal with her or the company again as long as she is there,

He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.
