I submitted a quote request on Tuesday and got quotes from 5 different companies on Yelp. One thing that made the difference is Carpet Transformers responded within 20 minutes, their quote was fair considering the many rooms I was asking for along with the stairs, and they were able to fit us in on Thursday, just two days later. That was important since I already had the day off and was hoping for service right away. The morning of service happened to be "Zeta day", which in Atlanta meant terrible wind and rain from tropical storm Zeta. I expected them to call and cancel but they called and confirmed and still made the trip. Vincent came in, reviewed the carpet areas, explained his approach to pretreating and cleaning and even gave me a sample of what a deep clean would look like in one of the rooms. I was impressed and went ahead and accepted a flat rate offer for deep cleaning the whole house. Me, my wife and the two teens already had the furniture moved to the kitchen and we sat around the table, watched tv and started lunch while he diligently worked thru the house. Whole process took about two hours. He did a great job, the only negative is we have to wear the free booties he gave us for the next 8 hours, but other than that all the floors look and smell clean. I cannot say enough about Carpet & Flooring Transformers. I had carpet and hardwood flooring installation, and the precision, lining, and excellence in the dual installation was superb. The flooring engineers were top notch, professional, and timely. The price was reasonable and I would most definitely use them again. Also, the showroom is magnificient and the quality of the flooring I received is some I could not find ANYWHERE ELSE. And believe me, I looked! So many other places skimp or don't even use showrooms anymore, but Carpet & Flooring not only has a top notch showroom, they take the time to walk you through and explain every item you are interested in and provide really useful suggestions. This business also communicates well. I was impressed on how there were never, ever, gaps in communication. They also do not pressure you into using them. After moving to Atlanta we were having issues with one contractor after another, hardwood guy was a mess, painters were slow, etc. but after they got done we needed to have the carpet cleaned and after much research came upon Antoine and Carpet transformers. At first with the past bad experiences was not expecting much but to my surprise Antoine called me right back, understood my situation and came out and completed the work on July 4, I couldn't even get anybody to respond to my calls. He was prompt, courteous, did a great job and pointed out a few things for me to keep an eye on. You will notice that until now I have not mentioned price. He was best priced out of all the other providers out there for a deep cleaning on our large home. His professionalism and work was a breath of fresh air. Liked the service so much that we invited Antoine back to fix some carpeting at the top of our stairs and once again prompt in his response he came out and fixed it all up. Much appreciated Antoine. I generally never do reviews. However, my experience with Antoine and his crew at Carpet Transformers was superb from beginning to end! When I first contacted Antoine in a panic due to water damage to my carpet in my master bedroom, he squeezed me in his schedule and came over to view the carpet and let me know the extent of the damages. He was thorough, professional and very reassuring! After weeks of going back and forth with my insurance company, the carpet transformers crew came in to replace my carpet. They were on time, which is very important to me, professional and worked quickly. They explained what they were going to do and got right to it! They were aware and considerate of the fact that I work from home and made minimal noise.....and I really appreciated that! With that and the fact that Antoine always returned my calls quickly and went out of his way many times to make sure I got what I needed, he will have a customer in me and my family/friend for any restoration services! I found Carpet Transformers on Yelp and originally reached out about patching a few spots our pets had damaged. After looking at the before and after pictures on their website and chatting with Antoine, we also decided to have our carpets deep cleaned on the same visit. Our carpet was in pretty bad shape (12 years old), I am thrilled to say it looks practically brand new! Some "bumps" another vendor had told me could only be fixed by replacing the carpet are now completely flat, you can't even tell where they were. The spots our cats had used as a scratching post look good as new, and stains that I had long been used to as permanent decor are completely gone. Even two chairs that I had thought were a lost cause look good as new! I am so glad that I called Carpet Transformers. They are definitely worth ever penny, and are affordable on top of that. The carpet that I thought was long overdue for replacing looks so good that I assume I'll get at least at least a few more years out of it, maybe more! read more

Hands down the best carpet cleaning service ever! I was a bundle of nerves trying to meet deadline to get my carpets cleaned and possibly replaced in some area, and hopefully have couple of burn marks repaired before my move to California. Antoine was wonderful, he was able to get me in on his schedule within 2 days. He showed up literally a few minutes before his estimated 11 to 1pm time frame. Thank heavens as my day was going to extra hectic. Even better...Antoine was able to cut out the obvious burned areas & patch it. He & his assistant cleaned my carpets so good that they looked new & did not need to be replaced. Not one other professional carpet cleaner or personal machine I have used was able to get the nasty "permanent" filth from my carpet. He was even able to get out red stains that he warned would possibly not come out. My regret is not getting before & after pictures to post. I had my first encounter with Carpet Transformers when I needed carpet cleaning services for a house I was moving out of. After doing a lot of research and almost giving up, I stumbled across Carpet Transformers in a local flyer and figured, what could go wrong. I called and spoke with Antoine and he was very courteous and extremely customer focused. When the day came to have the work done, Antoine was the one who showed up to do the work. The appointment was for 11am, and he showed up at 10:45am. We walked through the house and he explained what he was going to do and got to work. Antoine went above and beyond anything we ever could have imagined. The work was done well above the standard we thought and he also went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. I was very pleased to find Carpet Transformers. I had old carpet in the bedrooms of my newly purchased house and new carpet in the basement. I wanted to use different flooring in the basement and didn't want the new carpet to go to waste. Antoine was the only carpet business who would move the carpet for me. I appreciate the bid and appointment process and the communication. We had one hiccup on disposal of the carpet. Since I was doing remodeling in the basement he thought we'd have disposal and I assumed it was included. He was gracious to give me a good price on the disposal and all was solved. Antoine did an Amazing job on my carpets!! Due to some renovations I did, my whole upstairs carpet had to be re-stretched. I also had pet stains, heavily soiled traffic areas and soiled stair risers that I thought would never come clean. Antoine made my carpets look like new!! We decided to have our tile floor and carpets cleaned instead of replacing them. The decision to try Carpet Transformers proved to be a great choice. After 3 weeks fighting with this company they only want to offer me 325.00 credit. I'd already paid 1/2 the amount of 1800+ dollars. We had to wait 3 weeks to place our home on the market due to their incompetence and possibly miss several offers or even a sale. I wouldn't do business with this company ever. Their product is low grade. Their 325.00 credit is an insult.

Horrible cleaning company! I needed a deep clean for an empty house with no furniture. Seems like…read morean easy job. The man and woman duo were just standing around in one bedroom not doing any cleaning! There were blinds on the floor needing dusting--they decided to just leave it there until I asked. I did not see a single duster, mop or vacuum in action. Every inquiry was met with "that's not my job" when you are literally cleaning an empty house! Then shortly afterwards, they packed up and abandoned the job without a word. Very unprofessional and unskilled!
