They were timely, professional, and got it done before the end of the business day. Even when I noticed a small little piece that came undone, Jeff himself came out to take care of it. I don't wish that something else happens in my home anytime soon, but I do know eventually a lot of the other tile will need work. And for that, I'm glad I know I will be able to count on Sir Grout to take care of it!

Javier, who was fully involved with the whole project from the beginning is a thorough professional with a great competent team. They did complete remodeling of our kitchen, including new cabinets, quartz countertops and an island with a quartz top. They also did all the electrical work, plumbing, and painting. Except for the appliances and the light fixture all other material was supplied by Mirror Image. In addition to the kitchen remodeling, we also had one room floor and partial stairway carpet replaced with wood. The whole main floor was sanded and refinished completely. Javier and his team ensured that everything was done perfectly and paid attention to every detail and finished the project to our satisfaction. The most crucial thing for us was the timeline and Javier's team finished the project one week before the deadline we had given him. Michael does pitiful substandard drywall work. I would never hire him again. We hired him to…read moredrywall our basement for 3 rooms and a bathroom. He was supposed to have a crew working but it was only him. He would show up at 10:30 or 11:00am and only work until 2:30 or 3:00 and take an hour lunch. This has taken over 6 weeks and the work is still not done right. The mudding and sanding looks terrible and no amount of paint will cover this up. Michael will ask for final payment before work is finished. Unfortunately we paid him so we've learned the hard way. I have plenty of pictures to show how bad this work is.
