He then whipped out a contract and told me he had so many clients, he could easily get my house sold in 30 days. I repeatedly told him I couldn't read the tiny font on the contract, and he just kept telling me "Oh, this just says this, that just means that; just sign here, initial there..." I bugged him for 5 or 6 days for a copy of the contract, and when I finally got it, it was nothing like he explained. Basically, he wrote it like a "net sale", where HE would keep all the equity my home has made over the years I owned it, if it sells for more than my "bottom line" , or what I needed to buy other house and move. Then it took him 2 weeks to even get it back on the mls, so I lost the house I wanted. Now it has taken him 6 weeks to get me an mls lockbox, so I have had to miss about 15 showings. He has had zero communication with me over those 6 weeks, not answering his phone, nor responding to voicemail, emails, or texts. His admin, Savannah occasionally replies, if it suits her whims, but dodges questions. I have reported him to the state licensing board, as have other people. DO NOT SIGN WITH HIM!!
