Pane in the glass offered touch up paint and a email copy from Pro Via stating not covered. But how do you touch up a hairline scratch. So dont count on a smooth door remaining nice looking.This happened the day after install. The installers tried to correct door fitting on the slab and made a special trip for material to prevent water intrusion. The inside of one door the flooring material got ripped on removal of old door. the installers cut a piece of wood that was part of door shipping material to cover it up. My husband says no big deal. Not true to the wife who was locked away with her dogs. I used up my goodwill on the scratch with this company. As an experienced home fixer upper myself I realize things crop up remodeling but they knew this home was slab on grade and should have planned accordingly. And an F to ProVia on durability of their top coat finish. If you are a perfectionist do not get a smooth finish or the Brick red finish. The lighter color screen door so far has not experienced the same fate....yet

We live in a wooded area, and at some point a branch had damaged part of a 28 foot section of the gutters, bending the gutter and gutter guard which keeps debris out. I noticed this when clearing leaves and debris off the roof. I gave them a call, hoping that I could get by with just replacing this one section. One of their guys came out (forget the name), started inspecting flashing and other things and I started to dread the list of all the wrong things he was going to find. After a few minutes, he told me that everything else looks good, and that he could straighten the gutter, straighten the guard, and secure it better. He did this.. took maybe total of 20 minutes. When I asked what the cost was, he told me no charge. Cannot even tell that the gutter had been damaged. Can't get better service and care than that. Highly recommended

Specifically, we were looking for interior shutters, which are very expensive but last forever and gave our house an elegance that couldn't be beat. Unfortunately I found that when you measure for them and order them, being off by even a quarter-inch would be enough to ruin the whole thing, so I wanted to find the best. Enter Mark Obrycki. Mark walked us through every step of the process, helping us choose colors, frames, and explaining what he would be doing to make everything look perfect. He measured, ordered, and installed the shutters for us, and got it right the first time (no easy task!) More importantly, he did all the little stuff. He took his shoes off at the door every time he came in and out of the house without being asked. He dusted off high places in our house we normally wouldn't reach. He was kind, generous, and friendly. He put down cloths to catch wood and drywall dust when he was screwing into our walls and casement. In short, he was a perfect professional. A joy to work with. He has a very calm, kind bedside manner and sort of oozes honesty and forthrightness. It's a rare thing to find.
