The problem started when I pushed back on their quote/recommendations. I even stated I needed something budget friendly and done possibly in stages. I was open to ideas and never once said no to any of the recommendations. Once I asked for more budget friendly alternatives, I got ghosted and communication stopped. It's unfortunate that as a loyal customer for about three years I got treated this way simply because I was trying to work within my budget. I really wanted to hire this company and was willing and open to other options and or suggestions. If they didn't want the job, they should have been upfront and told me instead of completely stopping communication with me. I will not be using this company for my current project or anything in the future. I did not deserve to be treated this way.

I will update if anything changes with this company. Added: the more I think about this the more I don't believe them. If I'd known his total charge was going to be over $700 I'd have had 3 estimates done. Like I did when I had my heat/ac replaced. Kaylor not operating at a fair and professional level.
