Had his relative do the job and he did it wrong found out later he put the cut side forward instead putting it in the back. His relative started 1 week before. Now the dust won't fall off the panels. It collects dust and makes mud when you try to wash off, because of the little ridge. I was charged a professional job and got a beginner. Will have to it re-done to make it right. He wouldn't listen to how I wanted he overcharged and the final work lack quality and was unprofessional. Hire at your own risk. I was very disappointed in the job that was done.

I had a bunch of tarp nails all over my patio and backyard facing up...I had to clean it up myself because my kids play back there. And I had 5 bikes, 3 brand new, on my patio and they painted the board with some white paint and the mist from the paint came down on all the bikes. And lastly, they broke my Birdbath in my front yard and claimed it was "like that already" Luckily, I have cameras in my front yard and after showing him the proof, he gave me $30 to buy a new one. Overall, $1,600 for repairs, 5 bikes ruined from paint, I cleaned up their mess and they broke my birdbath. Oh, and almost forgot...they left big pile of singles on my roof in the front.

It turned out it was too late in the year to proceed due to possible severe weather since I live in the mountains and the paint I researched and wanted to use was not viable in cold or wet weather. When I contacted Sequoia Paint again in July 2026, not only had the personnel changed but the phone numbers changed as well. I mention that because there may be big problems with this company that cause them to lose personnel and change phone numbers. I proceeded anyway to have an estimator come to my house. I was interested in a specific paint that is fire retardant from a company called Andek. When Justin the estimator came, he worked with me to fill a questionnaire related to the paint. I found that strange but did it anyway. The next day, I realized that Justin had switched to a different paint from a different company called Shield Industries without consulting with or informing me. When I emailed to clarify, Justin was beyond rude to me, gaslighting and blaming me for the confusion about paints and companies. I'm not willing to be treated with disdain by a contractor. Thankfully, I do have another contractor I've met with who has both a stellar reputation and is a wonderfully decent human being. I will be giving the other contractor my business.

He and his crew recently completed a project (Guest bath) and not only is is stunning especially compared to the 30 plus year old tile but top quality work and efficient! In 3 days they took out the old tile the gigantic mirror and added 3" to existing cabinet put new countertop and 2 sinks , faucets plus hung the new mirrors (after repairing wall from old mirror and painting ). In addition they raised cabinet and put in new countertop and faucet in laundry area and now it's the same height as washer/dryer so much nicer I've done a lot to this house over the past 21 years and not only was this the easiest but it's the best work for a fair price! He also went above…read moreand beyond by assisting me with contacting my homeowner's extended warranty company to obtain partial reimbursement for a 13" x 7" drywall opening caused by a plumbing repair from a previous water leak. Because of the location of the leak, Oscar and I agreed that installing an access panel would be a better long-term solution than simply patching the drywall, especially in case there are future water issues in the same area. Oscar contacted the warranty company again, obtained approval for the access panel, purchased the necessary materials, and completed the repair the following day. The floors are incredible. The planks are locked and solid and the reinstall of the base boards looks great. We have bull-nose corners so corners can be a little tricky but he did great wrapping the t-strip and trim in those areas. When painting, he hand-painted all the edges and the lines are so clean! He was very easy to communicate with regarding my many questions and concerns. He was also respectful of my home and pets.
