The salad was unimaginative and very plain. I did not (nor did my fellow guests) like the vinaigrette that was served on the side. Most of the items were typical mass manufactured previously frozen appetizers, like spanokopita, among other things. There was a tray of the egg rolls they brag about. Maybe popping something in the oven and dressing the plate up at the restaurant works for these items. But to make a bunch of them and transport in a hotel pan, left many of them soggy and there really is no way to dress that up. They served a large amount of quinoa salad. But the grains we're not rinsed enough and would have benefited from more heat. There's a very bitter taste that needs to be washed off the grains and they were simply undercooked. Then, lastly, I recognized the bread. That is one of the only complaints I have in their restaurant. It is way too pale and doughy. If it was refreshed and browned in the oven, it would be exponentially better.

For our main course we selected the lemon ricotta pasta, the chimichurri steak tips and the sea bass skewers (you don't see sea bass on menus often and this one shouldn't be missed- it's incredible) . We were all so happy with all of our delicious meals (I even took bread to get every bite on my sea bass entree). She is an absolute pro and made us feel like we didn't have to worry about every last detail. I was ankle deep and it was still at that level when I checked out. I was only there for one night and it was check out time or I would have called someone.
