Her estimates were perfect! I appreciated her enthusiastic cheerful manner and her always prompt returns of phone calls. She delivered the food exactly at the time requested. Set-up was quick and, as I expected, cheerful. We appreciated her providing table tents (cards) to identify the ingredients in the dishes. All the food items were awesome! I gave her a final head count of 30 and when she delivered she told me she gave us enough for 70 just in case. I believe it because we had a ton left over to take home and enjoy with our kids and probably for the rest of the month. We used our two tailgating grills to warm everything up and put in catering pans that I previously purchased. To say that everyone loved the food is an understatement. Everything was absolutely amazing!!! The ribs were out of this world!!! I am so happy I found her and she is my go to for PSU games from this point forward!! Thanks Deb and staff!! For our main course we selected the lemon ricotta pasta, the chimichurri steak tips and the sea bass skewers (you don't see sea bass on menus often and this one shouldn't be missed- it's incredible) . We were all so happy with all of our delicious meals (I even took bread to get every bite on my sea bass entree). After about a week of not hearing back from them, I gave them another call and left a voice mail. That was a few weeks ago and I still haven't heard back.. After reading some reviews it seems like this isn't the first time they've ghosted people. If communication is this difficult in the beginning, then I can't imagine how it will be leading up to our wedding. No thank you.

There was a ketchup based sauce that didn't offer much else. There were 2 other sauces, neither of which paired well with the 2 meats, and frankly I'm having a hard time even coming up with words to describe them. A way to improve would be a vinegar based sauce for the pulled pork (Carolina style), and offer up a reasonably spicy sauce. The biggest issue was we felt like we were chasing flavor and unable to find it, even mixing and matching sauces and meats. Prices were very reasonable for the quantities of food.

They definitely cook their pasta al dente, it was a nice chew vs being soft and mushy. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Pizza was tasty with some of the best crust, light and airy. Nice inside with booths, tables and fun pizza decorations.
