Not soon after work was done all our woodwork was peeling when bumped into. We waited till now to have it all stripped primed and repainted. They did not prep the surface first. We were told they would complete one room at a time so we could unpack. That did not happen. The owner did not check up on the work regularly. We were in a hurry and were very disappointed. Ax promised a lot and delivered much less.

The price was very reasonable and the painter that did the work was super hardworking and we barely knew he was there! Next day Billy was with him put 2 in my dining area & it was off 5 inches Confronted Billy he said he is not fixing it. So i had to cause it looked really bad.He then charged me 150.00 extra which I was fine with, to put in a light switch for my florida room light. He was suppose to do outlet in my front room. Days later he cut the hole in sheetrock to put outlet in front room but he said because the cement was too close it would be really hard so I told him don't worry about it. He didn't credit me any money for not doing work. He didn't finish putting in my guest bathroom electric outlet and switch. And 2 other outlets dishwasher and microwave that i paid him for but we were not at the point to have those 2 installed yet. PAINTING: He was hired to paint my entire house inside except for garage. He told me he needed 10 gallons of paint to start and if more was needed I could get more. I gave him the ceiling paint and told him my daughter and i were going to lunch be back soon I told Garrett as he grabbed the paint out of the car just paint the ceiling and that i already told his boss Billy do not paint over primer i wanted to wait 24 hours Billy came out saying i don't have to wait that long and i told him give it at least 3 hours then. Billy said don't worry we are only painting the ceiling. My daughter and i went to lunch we were gone for 1 hour when we returned the ceiling and walls were all painted and he said all he had to do was cut in. I confronted Billy cause i never seen anyone cut in last he said don't worry he has been doing this 15 years. As the paint was drying i saw more and more issues. I confronted him and he said don't worry easy fix he is still not done. When completed he painted my entire house with 4 gallons of paint. I went in my master bedroom closet and he didn't finish cutting in there. And my house looked horrible i can see white spots, thin spots, patch work, his cutting in marks where it does not match, paint on ceiling, missing paint in areas, paint on floor when he painted trim, it's just a disaster. I called another company to come and check out the painting in house and they were mortified. They are now doing up a quote for me to have my house repainted. FLOORS: He was suppose to level my floors where needed, which he did not do. He filled in 4 holes and didn't even do that correctly. I can feel low spots and hear hollow sounds in a lot of places, which I have a company coming over to check out and give me a price on fixing the floor. He has a gap where my bathtub is in my guest bathroom, a gap by my french doors. It feels like I'm walking on the moon in some parts of my floor in bathroom, hallway, closet in front room, near french doors, and living room. There is so much stuff wrong that I'm not going to live with so all I can do is get new contractors and bring Lifestyle painting and more owners to court. I paid him alot of money to do this project and he rushed this job because of Christmas. Billy's main problem is he talks to much and doesn't remember what he says to get the job. Because he was saying oh yeah I'll put up your fans, lights,toliets back in ect. I do the job right. I'll even help you install your cabinets ect. Which now that i see how he works I'll do it myself. Always talking about being broke, & his baby momma issues. Another very unprofessional thing to happen I gave him half money to start job he went out and bought a truck which his baby momma was not happy about. Billy tells me that his baby momma is going to tell me he is going to do a shit job. Not knowing him I thought she was just angry at him because he said he bought a truck and she is also pregnant so she is just acting crazy, but obviously now seeing the work he has done, she was telling the truth.
