UPDATE 9/9/26 - here we are with our project still not complete and Chris not responding to our calls/messages. This has been a major headache. AVOID this company.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. However, I hope this review motivates Chris to do the right thing and complete the work we hired him to do.
We hired him for irrigation repair, sod installation, drain installation, and landscaping around our pool just before Father's Day, over five weeks ago. We paid a deposit immediately after being told the job would be completed by the end of that week.
Over the past several weeks, he has only shown up a handful of times, with very little work actually completed. We have been given excuse after excuse for the delays, including weather, equipment problems, personal issues, problems with the sod farm, issues with our irrigation system, and even the distance to our home in Wesley Chapel. (If the drive was going to be an issue, it should have been considered before taking the job.)
To make matters more frustrating, our neighbor hired Chris for essentially the same work at the same time, and their project has already been completed. Meanwhile, our project remains unfinished, and communication has become increasingly difficult.
Throughout the process, Chris has requested additional payments multiple times, each time promising the job would be completed. On Sunday, July 19, he called my husband requesting another $1,500 for sod. He explained that the original sod farm was unable to cut the sod because of the rain but said he had found another supplier that could. We paid based on his promise that the sod would be delivered the following day and that the entire job would be completed by the end of the week since he had finally resolved the irrigation issue.
Here we are more than a week later with no sod, no repaired irrigation system, and none of the materials that our multiple deposits were supposed to cover on our property. We are out more than $6,000, and Chris has stopped responding to my husband's calls and text messages.
We are beyond frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication, repeated broken promises, and constant excuses. This experience has been incredibly stressful, and at this point, we simply want Chris to honor his commitments and complete the work we have already paid for.
