I had a ring that needed to be sized, when I picked it up, it was sized half a size too small. They apologized resized it again and was perfect. They did not charge to resize it the second time. I have had repair work done here as well on my necklaces and clasps and earring backs changed as well. Great staff and very welcoming. I will give them all my business from here forward. read more

One pendant wasn't quite right for me, so it was happily exchanged for another, absolutely no problem. My ring guards are changed when needed at no charge. My rings are cleaned as a courtesy.
