I purchased a watchband on the internet, they put it on my watch, I don't even think that they charged me. My Breitling watch stopped working, as it has done in the past. I brought my watch there for repairs, their in-house jeweler fixed it for half the cost that I had paid the past and returned it in a fraction of the time. I had a ring that needed to be sized, when I picked it up, it was sized half a size too small. They apologized resized it again and was perfect. They did not charge to resize it the second time. I have had repair work done here as well on my necklaces and clasps and earring backs changed as well. Great staff and very welcoming. I will give them all my business from here forward. read more
