They moved the truck and flatbed then proceeded to block half of the east bound lane of Co Rd V. Then, 20 min later, another truck blocked the road and driveways! 2-3 houses on this short private road had no egress. When I again walked over there to tell them they cannot block our road, the young man (I am 71 yrs old and 5'4") argued with me, told me he is a firefighter so "knows how this goes" and asked if I had to go someplace! he did not move the truck til he was done filling another vehicle with gas. All of which could have been done at the home site or on public property around the corner. I called the company phone number and left a message - did not hear back. I called the county to see about any regulations. When I told them the name of the company, they said they are known for being uncooperative.

This guy will charge you for every little change added and not tell you what the cost will be...even after asking him to give you a quote on the changes. After 21 years in business you'd think he would develop some sort of communication skills. We told him exactly what look we wanted and even provided a photoshopped image of it...all he said was OK, then he totally ignored our drawings and kept doing what he thought needed to be done. We ended up doing part of the work ourselves because he would not listen to what we wanted. Then there's the deck! We didn't realize that expecting a nice border around a new deck would be "extra". This guy was actually going to start the front of the deck with a deck board cut in half lengthwise, instead of putting the cut piece in the back of the deck against the house where it wouldn't be seen. Not professional craftsmanship. Do you want your deck to look like an amateur did it? Do you want to be over charged by $1000's? Do you want no communication as to thoughts/ideas and costs? THEN THIS IS THE GUY FOR YOU.

Despite admitting the leak occurred, he has refused to take any responsibility for repairing the damage, reseeding the affected areas, or restoring my yard.
