A supervisor came by a few days after the install to check the work and fixed a few areas that he felt "were not to H&S standards." Then, this spring, I noticed a small leak on an area that H&S hadn't even worked on (a rubber-sheeted area over my den. I called H&S out it. Dylan came out within a day, looked it over, applied some caulk, and said, "Let's keep an eye on it." I have NEVER had this sort of dedication from a roofing company! I am SO glad I hired a local, established firm to do my roof and not a group of "storm chasers." Knowing I can pick up the phone and get the same people who know my house means everything!

I was so impressed with Top Tier that when my entire roof needed to be replaced, Top Tier was on the top of my list. They did a wonderful job with the estimate, the work was done quickly, and the employees were hard working. When they were finished they cleaned up so well that it was impossible to tell they were ever there. If I ever want any other work done, I don't even have to think about who I'm going to call. It took him 3 weeks to start, a few days of bad weather and lost keys by one of the crew. . I get shit comes up though.He blamed my gutters at first because they are the old medal gutters but still perform decently. The area where the issue was never dripped before but he insisted it was the gutters. He sent his 2 A team guys the 3rd attempt and fixed it and no more waterfall. I don't have a pic of the fix but it obviously works. When I get up there I'll add it. I'd recommend him, even though there were some hiccups. That's business and with a bunch of young guys. The main problem was my insurance company and Mortgage companies ineptness that prompted unnecessary stress between myself and Dave which lead to some disagreement's. After he saw what I was dealing with it's all good. A matter a fact I'm still dealing with it with delays of not only payment from my insurance to Dave but unknown expenses we were never told by Liberty. Stay Away from them, communication is non existent and lies after lies. The cleanup was horrendous, I'm still picking up nails and as you read, he still blames the gutters.

That's just for starters. They don't come, and they don't come and they don't come. I'm calling and calling to see when they're coming and finally, when someone does show up, it's NOT Brincks Exteriors; it's Larry, Moe and Curley Joe from some slipshod roofing company they've sublet my job to; without ever telling me. They took an iron railing down to start (without marking the sequence they had to be put back up), and a separate company had to be brought in to do that job, and finally did that at the end of this whole scenario, about 2 months from the start. The estimate I paid for was supposed to replace all the plywood on the 14' x 18' surface, and they only replaced about 5 or 6 sheets, if that. During the whole comedy routine, they poked a hole through the sheetrock down into my bedroom, which is below this porch. L, M & CJ Roofing offered to fix it, free of charge, but at this point, after all the hassle, I just wanted the job finished and them off my property. They used a very thin rubber roofing product (.002 or something like that) for a surface that is used for porch furniture and foot traffic, when it should've been a thicker, more suitable surface in order to last. These guys are general contractors; they didn't come and do any of the work - had I known how that was going to go, I never would've hired them!! Beware!
