I had 2 bar stools that they did a nice job on. I had 2 banquet cushions that needed reupholstered and they did a bad job. There were buckles throughout. I returned them and was promised that they guarantee their work and would fix it. When I went to pick up the cushions it was actually worse. Buckles still there and a crease down the middle of both that wasn't there the first time. The daughter said to send pictures. I sent them and never heard back from her. I would have hoped for a return call and an apology or some type of credit but there was nothing. I don't recommend this small shop.

They took my chair apart, re-glued it, reinforced it and repaired one of the legs, that was barely hanging on. They also gave me some ideas about reupholstering it. I got a good lesson on why not to try filling my little chair with down feathers and I'm very thankful for that. For the work they did, it cost $150. Termini completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and did an excellent job! They saved us money by having to order much less fabric than the competing upholstery company. We would never hesitate to use the Termini shop again in the future.
