It was in major need of tender loving care. We ended up buying it and in 2019 started rehabbing it. I wanted it to become the beauty I remembered from my childhood. It is stucco and brick on the outside with wood trim. I started stripping it but realized it was a much bigger job than I could handle. That is when I discovered Advanced Walls and Ceilings owner, Craig Nichols. He and his crew took on the job and I couldn't have found anyone as caring and diligent about what I wanted the house to be. They showed up here every day at 7am and for 3 months I was totally amazed at the transformation. It has been brought from a sad lady back to the majestic beauty she was! These guys are very meticulous and care for every inch they are working on. They are friendly, listen to what you want to be accomplished and are very capable of doing just that. From the outside of the house they have moved to the inside, repairing cracked plaster and painting to make the inside as wonderful as the outside. I can hardly wait to start inviting people in to see my wonderful, beautiful lady brought back to life! When painting the porch items were removed into the lawn and left there for days, in the rain. Pieces of painters tape left and blowing around property. Noticeable paint chipping off building after 2 coats and employee was heard to be saying that "they" meaning tenants and or landlord were picking paint off around windows. No proper direction given to employee from owner of company. No communication given to landlord when they were showing up. This company is unsat. Tons of pictures have been taken.
