Infinity Homes and Remodeling was contracted for a whole house renovation in 2020/2021. We made repeated attempts to address everything from Summit County code /permit violations to construction quality issues --- to this day we had and still have water leakage in newly installed windows. Despite documentation and photos -- some issues were eventually resolved months and even a year later, others were not. We have incurred the cost to address issues ourselves despite Infinity Homes being paid in full for the faulty work. We contracted this company for 2 major home renovations within 3 years. We will never understand how this second project went so poorly. We learned a lot and one thing we will not do again -- trust a contractor with the expectation they would make things right. Check the contract for payments tied to key deliverables i.e. inspections/ approvals and work has been completed to manufacturer instructions, subs are reputable and licensed, proper permitting, building codes and county inspections are followed, completed and timely. Summit County Building Standards Department was an excellent resource to help educate us and understand county requirements and what we needed to do to obtain final approvals.

Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy.
