Turns out a squirrel made a home under one of my panels and ate through some wire and a converter. The techs found the area where the damage was done and fixed it with a new part. By the way, they handled my service call within 2 days and also had to deal with snow in spots on the roof. They took the damaged component to remove it from the monitoring system and added the replacement.
