Leslie and Pablo the project manager stayed in constant contact with me regarding the project and any and every issue was immediately addressed or resolved. Each individual sub contractor that was sent out to the house were absolutely the most friendly, respectful, punctual and skilled artisans in their craft. The electricians were super sweet and always punctual and efficient with their time. The painters were so nice and friendly and incredibly hard workers. They showed up early and literally worked non stop all day each day that they came. Pablo, the head carpenter and all of his guys were so talented and really worked hard to produce their best work! I'll admit I'm a very detailed oriented person to a fault and they really managed to exceed our expectations!! My credit was not approved and my sister could not get the cash needed to fund her project. I paid via credit card and my sister paid cash. We both requested a refund for the $ 500.00 and they told me they would credit the money back to my credit card. To this date we have not received our money back. They are avoiding telling her how she can get her money back. I sent them an email requesting my refund and I am getting no response. At this point I am disappointed in the way they are avoiding us.

The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.
