I received a flyer from Sharp Lawn & Stone and attempted to get a free estimate on their website…read morethree times over two months with no response. After calling and being told of a delay due to medical circumstances (which was completely acceptable),they eventually scheduled a consultation for 2/22 at 11 am. On the day of the consultation, despite putting up a "please knock" sign on my door at 10:55, I received a text at 11:05 stating the representative had come by early (between 10:45-10:50). I was told the national cell phone outage impaired our connection. If this were the case, why would he not try again to knock on the door at the time of the appointment? I called the owner after the initial text, he admitted he did not try again at the time of the appointment. He indicated he was now headed to his next appointment at 11:05! I was very disappointed at his lack of effort, especially being that I had given him so many chances to even schedule with him. After expressing my disappointment via text, I received no response or follow-up as promised.I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED SHARP WASTED MY TIME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS.
