Poor example for the "shopping local" people. The owner Laci is incredibly rude. Placed an order…read morethrough their Facebook page on January 23rd 2018. I left a comment on their page on the item I ordered today asking for a status update. My comment was deleted shortly after. Upon noticing this I reached out to Laci in a Facebook message advising me "The other admin must have done that. These are in production now coming from China. Myself and Courtney pull orders between us to make a 100 minimum order. The order is filled and in production. Will be here in a couple weeks. If you don't want to wait on them i will gladly refund." No apology. Which I quickly pointed out while asking for a refund. To which I received a reply saying. "If they are negative they do. I'm not even sure your comment. I'm sorry if you were offended." I'm now being told that I will have to wait for a refund because she is currently "traveling". Snobby and rude owner with no appreciation for a person who was wanting to spend money at her store. I have yet to receive an apology. As well as my refund. Don't shop here.

She always has the cutest items and is the best place if you're looking for a Tullahoma tshirt. There's always lots of ideas for gifts and she has a sale that starts on wednesdays each week, so sign up for those email alerts! I have also ordered several embroidered items from her and I'm never disappointed. I bought shirts for my bridal party in 2023 and the girls still wear them to this day!
