Poor example for the "shopping local" people. The owner Laci is incredibly rude. Placed an order through their Facebook page on January 23rd 2018. I left a comment on their page on the item I ordered today asking for a status update. My comment was deleted shortly after. Upon noticing this I reached out to Laci in a Facebook message advising me "The other admin must have done that. These are in production now coming from China. Myself and Courtney pull orders between us to make a 100 minimum order. The order is filled and in production. Will be here in a couple weeks. If you don't want to wait on them i will gladly refund." No apology. Which I quickly pointed out while asking for a refund. To which I received a reply saying. "If they are negative they do. I'm not even sure your comment. I'm sorry if you were offended." I'm now being told that I will have to wait for a refund because she is currently "traveling". Snobby and rude owner with no appreciation for a person who was wanting to spend money at her store. I have yet to receive an apology. As well as my refund. Don't shop here. read more
