Then covered all the boxes and clothes in the basement. Completed the work on the pit and pumps in about a half day. Then they collected all the dust, debris, and covers on the floor, stairs, boxes, and clothes. The workers and the sump pit work was beyond expectations. Thanks to U.S. Waterproofing and their professional staff. About 10 years ago U.S.Waterproofing fixed a leak in our basement wall. No leaks since.

After multiple quotes from local roofers, all who could not complete the work until Spring, K.C. Masonry was suggested by a friend. Keith came out right away to take a look at the scope of work and troubleshoot how to get the work done in less than ideal conditions to be on a roof in the Winter. Communication was terrible, quality of work was far below what any homeowner should expect. The workmanship itself was sloppy and created more problems than it solved. Instead of delivering what was promised, the contractor left me with issues that required additional time, money, and another professional to fix. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a frustrating, drawn-out ordeal. I would strongly advise anyone considering this contractor to look elsewhere. The stress, poor quality, and lack of accountability simply aren't worth it. I asked him to fix his poor work and or pay to have it fixed he simply said there was nothing more he could do for me and stopped all communications.
