The two-man crew showed up and placed an aluminum ladder directly on my new gutters. I asked (nicely) if they could put a towel between the ladder and the gutter to protect the finish. He gave me attitude . The same crew serviced two properties at my request. I was not satisfied with the work and won't use them in the future. Tried to upsell me, claiming my chimney wasn't up to code even though codes change over the decades, and my house is 60 years old and the chimney is built better than what they do currently. He kept slamming my flue shut dozens of times as if he was trying to break it. read more

RIP OFF! Avoid this company at all cost! I requested for them to do a Chimney sweep. For an estimate (or "inspection") they charged me $200 without even doing the task of Cleaning which was the primary reason I called them. The inspection shows that they want to charge me over $2300 for a bunch of services. So damn unacceptable, and ridiculous. Run the other way! read more
