Well, you had to be paying attention to pick up that alphabet and obviously you were not. When I told him I would call another tow company as it might work better. He said that no tow company would do it. Let me tell you there's plenty of tow companies in Columbus without the overpriced snark. The person that came enjoyed the tip on top of the charge. I will honestly recommend anybody other than this company. The other gentleman was less expensive, there sooner and very friendly.

Tim is an Angel. I went to a fundraiser for my 9year old sons rare genetic lung disease PCD 2 hours…read morefrom home. A short distance after leaving, my tire light came on and the tire was flat. We (my mom and 2 young sons) waited about an hour on a Sat evening and Tim arrived. He was there about an hour trying to figure out what to do because although there was a space in my purchased new in 2020 Toyota Sienna THERE WAS NO SPARE TIRE! We were 2 hours from home in the middle of nowhere. Only 2 people can ride in tow truck if called- that wouldn't work. I knew no one in the area. Next thing I knew Tim had his OWN spare tire from HIS Toyota SUV and was trying it on my van. It worked!!!! He kindly said he would follow us home and swap back the tires. He would obviously miss 4 hours of work. He said there's no way he was leaving me stranded with my mom and 2 little kids or have me pay for Uber. I can't not believe the level of self sacrifice and kindness to strangers. I had to stop at first exit after leaving when I asked if I could return his tire when I got home/had it repaired. He was someone worried about us but I told him I'd let him know when we got home safely. I called when we arrived home and we chatted a bit. What an incredible person. A million stars for him.
