In 2017 we had our bathroom remodeled. Our contractor used J&K cabinetry for our vanity drawers and cabinets. The S1 java brown color matched perfectly with our travertine flooring. We haven't encountered any issues with the quality of the cabinets or the rails. Over the years, being a dark tone, the color has worn away in spots. I called to confirm that a touch up kit in Java was available to buy and drove to the Phoenix/Tempe location. I saw the new signage and was informed that this business has been renamed "New Cabinet Company." They will carry J&K products as well as New Cabinet items. Customer service was frank and blunt. If your contractor wants to use these JUST SAY NO! The finish on the cabinets is spotty. My cabinets are espresso. There are toms of places in the grooves that are white (they weren't sprayed well). The cabinets not even six years old and the finish is wearing off completely in places around the handles. Literally half of the soft close hinges in my house don't work. And several stopped working after maybe two years. I tried emailing J&K to replace them and they never responded. We needed crown moulding and a can of the finish (I'm not replacing their awful soft close hinges with more of the same). I called the Denver location and they said they couldn't sell to me. I asked if my contractor could purchase the items and was told yes. My contractor tried to purchase the items and was told to go to an authorized dealer. And they wouldn't tell him who the local authorized dealers are. Now J&K in addition to having a terrible product are holding the completion of my kitchen. If your contractor wants to use these JUST SAY NO! Awful quality and awful customer service. read more

Their product is ready to install not Ready to Assemble and can not be compared to any Ready To Assemble cabinets by any MFG! They are Superior to any of them! period! They are more closely compared to Semi Custom cabinets as far as Sizes and accessories. No other company offers what J&K does in this department! And the Value simply can not be beat! My Kitchen was done 4 years ago and the cabinets have had zero issues so when it came time to do the bathrooms the choice was easy! Terrible customer service. Walked in and not a single greeting. I made direct eye contact with an employee at his desk and he didn't say anything. Just looked at me then looked away. Another rep walked right by us and didn't say anything. No welcome in, no we'll be right with you, no acknowledgement of our existence. This event was around 1:20 today. I was told verbatim " I couldn't POSSIBLY tear one of my people away to only put in an order for only 5 cabinets. We are simply too busy." from the owner. Now I knew the cabinet brand, style, color and sizes. I didnt need anything but for him to order them and take my money. I even had an installer. Oh well... I purchased a wall oven cabinet from J&K. It had concealed damage which I didn't notice immediately. Then I sent a picture and was told they would try to find a replacement for the cracked drawer front. I heard nothing from them for 2+ weeks so I called and was left on hold for 10 minutes twice. Then I received an email indicating that the drawer front was scraped and that could send me a touch up kit. I did not damage the drawer front myself. I called again and spoke with the manager, Kevin, who told me that he could tell from the picture that the damage couldn't have happened in their facility or in shipping, but he would let me buy a replacement if/when they can find one. This from the person that couldn't tell the difference between a scrape and a crack. Now, I have an expensive, but unusable cabinet and no support from the manufacturer. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Edit: I had to remove the price I mentioned in the original review because the J&K Cabinetry threatened to sue my contractor for violating their Terms and Conditions even though I posted the price which was approximate and included shipping. I got the price directly from J&K Cabinetry not from my contractor. I think everyone should understand the nature of this company before they make a purchase. All I want is a drawer front. This has to be the worst company ever, in my opinion. read more

I ordered my cabinets through my contractor from J & K. Overall the product was good, but when I was missing trim and had a wrong size ordered I had zero help correcting the situation. My contractor left me high and dry so I was trying to get it corrected myself. I even had my receipt that showed I paid over $6000. After months of no help from J & K I found another contractor to create my cabinet that was ordered incorrectly the first time to match my other kitchen cabinets from J & K. At that point, my current contract contacted J & K for the cabinet color so it could match my other cabinets. No help from J & K whatsoever and would not give the cabinet color even when my receipt of over $6000 was shown again. Overall good quality but if anything goes wrong don't count on any help getting the situation corrected, I would never use them or recommend again. Horrible customer service!!!! read more

I went with J&K Phoenix with my kitchen Island cabinets for my first time home. What can I say I was extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of the cabinets. I purchased the cabinets and the next day they were assembled and ready to go. Recently i have upgraded to a bigger home for the family and went back to J&K do the entire kitchen cabinetry. I ended up assembling all cabinets which was a breeze from following the step by step videos on J&k you tube. Not only are these grade A cabinets but the staff is extremely helpful. I am a kitchen designer. Ive been using J&K cabinets in my designs since '08, dozens of remodels. Have to say.. NEVER had an issue with their product. Glad to sede they opened a warehouse here. Finishes consistent and what you get STANDARD, other cabinets are options, you cant beat their bang for the buck. These are Chinese but there is good better best in Chinese. I Read up and J&K has their own plants in China so control is there. Downside they are limited on anything custom, or modified. What you see? ... what you get. I found a shop that will modify the occasional cabinet. Downside they come boxed and you assemble. Not hard but I just pay extra for the warehouse to do it. Good product read more

A friend of mines recently got there kitchen done & what caught my attention was the quality of the cabinets My family decided to revonate out entire kitchen & refer me to the amazing staff over at J&K. When I called the company to schedule a appointment to come down & check out the project. The sales rep Jonathan was professional about it. He Text me when he were on the way down. When he arrived he made a boring task a fun enjoyable experience. I showed him a few ideas & he took it & gave me what he thought would look beautiful. The installation was quick! Several issues with warped cabinet doors. Most of the problems were do to poor installation from ARCO Custom Homes, and that installer has since been blacklisted from J&K. J&K came out to my home and went above and beyond to make sure my cabinets were installed properly, and replaced several warped doors. Great customer service! read more

I purchased J&K Cabinets through one of their vendors. The cabinets look beautiful when initially installed but are showing serious flaws after only a few months of living with them. The doors are warping and no longer have a flush close. The paint is cracking where the panels meet on my shaker style cabinets. I am waiting to hear if they will replace the doors. My concern is the paint will not match on replacements. read more
