Great service and job done right! I've used this company for 3 different projects at both my current and previous homes. Each time I was very happy with the finished product. They do what they say they will do and have a great selection of stone countertops. One thing that separates them from the rest is that they won't hesitate to sell you a remnant piece at a fantastic price. We hired George (owner of the A&G Countertops) when the Desert Mountain Countertops was constantly increasing our price for fabrication. George picked up the granites from the fabricator and worked very hard to complete two slab fabrication in a week. He explained the process in details and promised that his quote includes everything and it would not change. We saw him measuring the kitchen several times, so upon installation there were no surprises. During this process he made us very comfortable as we communicated frequently via text and phone calls. On the day of installation, he showed up on time and within four hours our new countertops were installed. We were overwhelmed with the final product. Without a doubt, the kitchen is our favorite place in our home. We learned our lesson the hard way; we trusted a larger company, and they failed us. I can't say enough about Dave and his crew. My husband and I were planning a small renovation that did not include new countertops but once we started we realized that new counters were a must! We had used DM Countertops in a previous home so naturally I called them up again to see if they could help. Dave was quick to come out 2 days later for an estimate. Wow...what an amazing job. They are terrific. They measured and had everything ready in three days. Even though my cabinets took longer then expected, they managed to get my counters done so I could have Christmas at home. On the remodel of our Scottsdale home, our contractor utilized Desert Mountain Countertops as a subcontractor. The selection of available materials and color options was outstanding. The installation was on time, on budget and first rate. On a recent trip down, we discovered what appeared to be a crack in our quartz countertop. David the owner, came over on a SUNDAY to inspect the top. That sort of response and service is unheard of from most companies. It turned out it wasn't a crack just a buildup from a spill under the espresso machine. A little Bar Keepers Friend and the top was like new again. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering new countertops. read more

We had a number of companies provide quotes for new counter tops. David came out to provide a quote and was easy to work with. After he left I had a number of questions and he was very responsive. When installation time came around the installers were great, but we ran into a problem. The length of the granite was off and did not fit. I spoke with David and he was able to get another slab, get it fabricated, and installed the very next day. I was waiting for something else to happen, but David being so responsive and getting the problem resolved so quickly really solidified my confidence in them. We all make mistakes but how you handle the mistakes speak volumes. I would recommend Desert Mountain with no problems. read more

This company does not stand behind it's work. In fact they are not even returning calls from my contractor. Our product was install with several cracks and this company will not fix it. Warning please check the install job from this company very closely before you sign any papers even if it takes hours because once they leave good luck ever having them fix it. Our experience was just that...as good as it gets! We had our (very large) kitchen, and 2 bathrooms remodeled. With new quartz counter tops, tile & decorative glass back splash in the kitchen. And quartz counters and back splashes in the upstairs bathrooms. They began quickly and on time. The counters went in on the first day, and they spared no effort to make sure everything fit together perfectly. The owner/manager stopped by and stayed a while to talk with us and make sure everything was going well and the quality work was being performed (it was). The very next day, our tile work was done. Fabulous!! These guys were very meticulous and it really went well. My husband was particularly impressed with the way they used 45% angles where the corner transitioned from the wall to the window seal. They took their time and did everything properly, as though they were doing their bosses home! The owner, David was back again today. This man REALLY cares about the quality of work, his good business reputation, and the happiness of his customers. I could not have been more impressed. Any of this type of work we have done in the future......I will not be calling anyone else, and have already hardily recommended them to friends. read more
