I went in to get my eyebrows waxed, and as soon as I walked in I was greater by the salon owner (didn't know that's who she was at the time) and she was able to squeeze me in with the Esthetician. I was very impressed with how clean and nice the salon looked, and the staff were professionally dressed, and not looking like they are about to head out to a club (which I have encountered before at a different salon). The Esthetician was very good and her job, I was very happy with how she did my brows and I'm usually very picky. The price for waxing is pretty much around the same as anything in the area, I didn't look at the prices for hair services though. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. And I am very happy to see a better manager and staff in the location. I will definitely be going back.

Booking online is so easy, and it's one of the biggest draws for me - I haaaate making appointments on the phone. I booked a brow shaping with Moe who was very efficient! I was surprised (and pleased) with how fast she was with getting the waxing bit over. It's definitely my least favourite part. She spent time after the waxing to clean up any strays hairs that may have been missed, which I super appreciate. I have tons of tiny blonde hairs that I always miss when doing my own brows.
