Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.

They came into contact with clay and several large rocks that slowed down their progress a bit, but their attitudes remained positive and I never saw them slow down. I told him that he should've let me know that not showing up and not calling. Just makes me think he's stealing the money. He apologized and said that I was right and said that they would be out the following Wednesday at a certain time to get it done for sure. Well 30 minutes before the new employee was supposed to come and fix my pool. He said that he wasn't going to be able to do the job at all because the so-called employee quit and walked out without notice. Now he is ghosting the seller and refusing to give him his money back. The seller does not want to pay a new Pool company until he gets the money back from Travis. Travis refuses to answer my calls or my texts and has now blocked me. He obviously had no intention of actually doing the Pool and now he's skipping out with someone else's money. If he wasn't going to do the work, he should've been man enough to say he wasn't going to do it and give the money back. So unless you want to pay for a job that it's never going to get done you should look for someone else.
