They responded promptly and scheduled an inspection in three business days. The project manager, Chris, arrived on time. He documented his findings with images, which included some missing gutter covers. He sent me a written estimate the same day and did not try to sell me more than I needed. Two days later, the materials for the job arrived, and the work began on time the next business day. When I noticed later that some gutters hadn't been cleaned, I contacted the company. I was also concerned the workers might have missed replacing some gutter covers. Jose, the on-site team lead, came back the next day, finished the gutter cleaning, documented the placement of the new gutter covers, and as a bonus added gutter covers in areas that had never had them. Throughout the job, both Chris and Jose kept me informed of the project's status. Their customer-focused attitude is a credit to their company.
