The real issue is that I received multiple texts requesting tips for the cleaning crew. The texts said, "Keep your cleaning team motivated..." I worried that I'd receive a sub-optimal cleaning moving forward, and after my experience with the first cleaning, I decided not to use them again. They seem very professional on the phone and go to great lengths to get you set up with a contract, expectations, etc., which I appreciated. However, the cleaning quality was about the same and sub-par for the deep cleaning.
